This is a horrible company. Extremely dishonest and the biggest scammers. They lock you into a contract (which isn't even a contract it's a contingency agreement) without ever discussing materials with you their procedure or price and before even meeting with you in person. They tell you to sign some documents so they can come inspect your roof and they make it seem super urgent and that it needs to get done quickly so you sign their documents but little do you know they are also locking you into a contract as well. Then I was told that when the adjuster gets with me to set up an appointment to come look at our roof to let them know so they can be present so I let them know when I had scheduled and heard nothing back so after a couple more texts messages that got ignored I finally just scheduled the adjuster at a convenient time for me and hoped for the best. The day the adjuster comes out the owners of this company show up at my house and they primarily speak Spanish. Due to the language barrier I got no more information about my roof as far as type of materials they use, type of underlayment, the process, color of shingles they offer, if my soffits would be repaired as well...literally nothing because of the disconnect in language. At one point I called and spoke with Miguel which is who we had been talking to during this process and asked about our soffits and he acted like he did not know what we were talking about so that put me off a little bit as well. Then when I asked what they typically charge for a roof he said that it will be whatever the insurance sends us plus our deductible so I need to send the repair summary statement to him so they can look it over. After hearing this I started to do my own research to see what the process was with other companies and I found that this is not how it should be so I let him know that we wanted to go in another direction and he flipped out on me telling me that it was wrong of me to use another company when they had put in all this work and that I was locked into a contract with them and that I would have to pay a cancellation fee. When I told him we refuse to pay a fee when no work had been done he said they would get their attorneys involved and put a lien against us. I don't scare easy and they legally have no grounds. In fact other companies have been sued for doing the very exact they are trying to do to me. They are a very deceptive company who take advantage of people who are naive and don't know the full process of how getting a new roof should work. I would stay away!!!! It also says a lot when I tried to leave a bad review on their Facebook page they have it set up in such a way that you can only recommend them as a company!

Excellent, prompt service. Very friendly, polite workers. Arrived early as promised and finished the roof by mid afternoon.
