I usually do not write reviews but, wanted to give a shoutout to Home Renew 360, a quality home improvement. Recently, we needed roof replacement for solar panel installations, and Argo and his team were amazing. This young man is very knowledgeable, credible, respectful, and personable. He impressed us with a thorough presentation of the materials to be used, the entire process, and the estimated timeline. Not only did he deliver on everything he promised, but he also maintained open communication throughout the project, promptly answering all our calls and keeping us informed at each step.
The project was completed ahead of schedule, and we were pleased to find that their prices were fair, offering the same high-quality materials used by some of the highest bidders for the roofing job. It is evident that Home Renew 360 genuinely cares about their customers, as it went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.
Overall, our experience with Argo and his team was exceptional. Argo's professionalism and credibility have restored my lost confidence in the home improvement industry. Without hesitation, we highly recommend their services!

Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They overcharged for everything, used the cheapest materials they could fine and their workers were of the lowest quality as well. Do not use this company for any home remodeling work. My floors are lifting and breaking, my bathroom paint is peeling off the ceiling, my electrical blows fuses daily. They are below one star in ratings!

Terrible customer and way overpriced. The consultant was rude and did not respond to emails asking about the price breakdown. They were literally 10 times higher than any other quote we got.

We had Home Renew 360 do our roof and Arman was our Project Manager and the job went great Arman was very responsive and we are extremely happy with the results of the roof and any project we have in the future we will let them know and I recommend Home Renew 360 to anybody

I give this company negative one million stars. Guy comes out for a quote for a drywall and roof repair. Guy quoted me over 10k when every other company that came out was about 1k. Lol what a joke

I called after 9am on a Monday and mentioned 20 cement roof tiles were cracked and needed replacement. They offered to be there at 2pm same day for an estimate. They called back right away said they wont be there til 3:30-4pm.

A car (not a work truck) pulls up at 4pm and a clean dressed young man comes to the door. I walked him along side and explained that the realtor inspection called out 20 cracked tiles and some flashing needing attention.

The young man said ""We don't replace tiles. We do general contracting. Our minimum is $5,000.00 and it will be much more to do the whole roof with a team. ! WHAT ?

I said that I wish I was told that this morning before wasting my whole day waiting for you.

He replied, ""So do I.""

I called to ask questions. Not annoyed that they couldn't help me with my roof leak problem, just annoyed that the phone rep had lousy phone etiquette. I surmised that I had to cancel the estimate appointment, and he basically said thanks,, goodbye, and hung up on me before I could respond. Learn some manners, rude person.

I had a similar experience to the person from Upland that gave a bad review....I submitted a request for a quote for siding specifically. They said they cannot give me any ballpark for quotes over the phone unless they see it. Typical sales...sure. I make the appointment. Someone comes...But he says he isn't specialized in siding, so he wants to send someone else out to get me the exact quote. I said I don't need exact and a ballpark so I can get my finances in order, but no...he insists the other guy must come. He takes measurements of the house...not sure why if he's not the guy...I'm told someone will come that Saturday. I do get a confirmation txt the night before and I confirmed. Nobody came Saturday and I txted Nathan (the rep) to see if he had a number for me the following Monday. No reply. Completely ghosted me. I don't mind if someone doesn't show up because they forgot, but why would you not let a potential customer know what the issue is.
I had to call back into the office to ask for another appointment and they said that Nathan already got me a quote. I told them I never got it and explained. They said they would check to see what happened with Nathan and call me back...no call...instead someone shows up at my door at 7pm during dinner without any warning....It's the guy for the siding that was supposed to show up on Sat. So without any notice, they send a guy...The worst thing is, I asked him can you give me a ballpark estimate and he said, no I have to ask Nathan after he gets him the measurements...so let me get this straight....the person that told me that he was not the right guy for siding, is the guy that is able to get me the quote in the first place? So he is able to get me a quote but decided not to give it to me the first visit....I'm so confused and don't understand why I need to have 3 touchpoints to get a ballpark quote. Good luck....

I highly recommend Home Renew 360 for all home projects, they are very customer service oriented and are very responsive to any questions or concerns with the work they provide. I called to have some additional work completed and Aiden responded immediately and provided personal touch! Great company!
