I called after 9am on a Monday and mentioned 20 cement roof tiles were cracked and needed replacement. They offered to be there at 2pm same day for an estimate. They called back right away said they wont be there til 3:30-4pm.

A car (not a work truck) pulls up at 4pm and a clean dressed young man comes to the door. I walked him along side and explained that the realtor inspection called out 20 cracked tiles and some flashing needing attention.

The young man said ""We don't replace tiles. We do general contracting. Our minimum is $5,000.00 and it will be much more to do the whole roof with a team. ! WHAT ?

I said that I wish I was told that this morning before wasting my whole day waiting for you.

He replied, ""So do I.""

I called to ask questions. Not annoyed that they couldn't help me with my roof leak problem, just annoyed that the phone rep had lousy phone etiquette. I surmised that I had to cancel the estimate appointment, and he basically said thanks,, goodbye, and hung up on me before I could respond. Learn some manners, rude person.

I had a similar experience to the person from Upland that gave a bad review....I submitted a request for a quote for siding specifically. They said they cannot give me any ballpark for quotes over the phone unless they see it. Typical sales...sure. I make the appointment. Someone comes...But he says he isn't specialized in siding, so he wants to send someone else out to get me the exact quote. I said I don't need exact and a ballpark so I can get my finances in order, but no...he insists the other guy must come. He takes measurements of the house...not sure why if he's not the guy...I'm told someone will come that Saturday. I do get a confirmation txt the night before and I confirmed. Nobody came Saturday and I txted Nathan (the rep) to see if he had a number for me the following Monday. No reply. Completely ghosted me. I don't mind if someone doesn't show up because they forgot, but why would you not let a potential customer know what the issue is.
I had to call back into the office to ask for another appointment and they said that Nathan already got me a quote. I told them I never got it and explained. They said they would check to see what happened with Nathan and call me back...no call...instead someone shows up at my door at 7pm during dinner without any warning....It's the guy for the siding that was supposed to show up on Sat. So without any notice, they send a guy...The worst thing is, I asked him can you give me a ballpark estimate and he said, no I have to ask Nathan after he gets him the measurements...so let me get this straight....the person that told me that he was not the right guy for siding, is the guy that is able to get me the quote in the first place? So he is able to get me a quote but decided not to give it to me the first visit....I'm so confused and don't understand why I need to have 3 touchpoints to get a ballpark quote. Good luck....

I highly recommend Home Renew 360 for all home projects, they are very customer service oriented and are very responsive to any questions or concerns with the work they provide. Victor was already waiting for me when I pulled up to the car for our appointment. He came prepared and was professional in inspecting the house foundation in question. He gave us his honest advise and saved us money by doing so. I was so impressed that I would use Home Renew 360 for my primary home remodel.

Wanted to add a shower to an already small power room. By extending into part of the garage. Viktor Hohlov project manager came out and gave us a free estimate. He was very nice and explained what would be involved in doing the remodel. He was very professional.

Called to have an estimate done for a roof replacement. A guy came out and asked a few questions and then left. I never got a real estimate. He gave me more of a range. I guess he didn't need to actually get on the roof for the estimate since he didn't bring a ladder. He was here about 5 mins and didn't leave a card or anything. He also did not have a mask on and that is kind of important during this time. I guess since he stayed outside and stood far away from the door he was okay.

Poor installation company only wants to make quick money an repair as it goes. This has been a nightmare for us and my neighbors

Nathan Rabinovitch was our project manager for our roofing project. He and his crew are great and did a wonderful Kobe in our home in Rancho Cucamonga. We will definitely have them do other home improvement projects. Very nice and friendly. And great attention to detail.
