We were looking to get central air/heating and had no idea who we would use to do the job. So, I did some online research and ran across Home Renew 360. The reviews were great, but I was still skeptical. Nevertheless, I called them and I'm glad I did. Guy Gatlin , Project Manager, came out to our home to discuss our home improvement needs and to give us a quote. He was positive, informative, personable, honest, and very helpful. Throughout the project he was in constant communication regarding next steps for the project. Every contractor working on the project was professional, friendly, neat, and their work was exceptional. After removing the wall heaters, the wall repair was flawless, and as usual, the contractors cleaned up their work area and left no mess. In addition, to the central air/heat, it was recommended that we upgrade our electrical system. It was an unexpected expense, but we wanted to ensure safety and avoid any future complications. The electricians upgraded the entire electrical system in one day. We have a 2-unit duplex so this was a big job for one day. They arrived at 8:00 AM, and worked diligently the entire time. It was obvious that these were experienced electricians who knew what they were doing. Every aspect of the project passed all city inspection requirements with flying colors. Most importantly, we were extremely pleased with the work. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Had a wall with a pocket door installed to enclose our bedroom. The work was excellent and the workers were great. The only knock was communication at times with schedule. We are very happy with the results and it looks fantastic.

Me and my husband loved working with home renew as we had bad experiences with other contractors . They gave us a really competitive price to do our patio and finished with a timely manner. Home renew is definitely deserving of this 5 star review.

We found Home Renew 360 on Homeadvisor and scheduled an estimate for a large remodel project for a home we recently acquired. Of all of the contractors we solicited bids from, this company was by far the most outrageously priced at $198K! The job was bid 30K above our next highest estimate (who was also seriously overpriced as well), and a whopping 65K higher than the contractor we actually selected for doing the job. The jobs were all bid apples to apples with the scope of the work being the same across the board for all of the bids we solicited. When we told the rep from Home Renew that they had seriously overbid the price (compared to others we had received), miraculously they offered to drop their price by 35k on the spot. The whole process felt as if we were negotiating with a used car salesman with extras and freebies being tacked on to try and sweeten the deal. Had the company just offered a fair price from the get go they would have been in a much better position to be considered for the job. From their pictures and prior reviews we really has much higher hopes from this company. Sorry guys :(

I was so disappointed with these folks. They over priced my elderly parents home in need of repair by $28,500!!!! They didn't need a new roof, they need repair that's only going to cost them $2500, but they insisted that the house needs a $31000 roof.

They also tried to trick my parents into working on the house by telling them lies. I had requested they refrain from contacting us and they still sent a contractor to my parents home unannounced!

They may do quality work, but they will quote u for unnecessary work. How can people that take advantage of people, especially elderly people be trusted? They get 5 thumbs down in my book. I'd give them zero stars but I have to at least give them one to post a review.

I had the roof done , Aiden and Ron were the project managers. They were very helpful and professional , the workers showed up on time and did a very efficient job. They paid attention to every detail that made a big difference and were very mindful. They cleaned everything after themselves , including the garage and the debris. Adam the project coordinator is such a sweetheart, dedicated to insuring that all work and workers are working according to plan , was always available to check the job progress. I called him moments notice and he always responded to my needs no matter what. Would highly recommend Home Renew 360. Thank you!

We hired this company for our complete kitchen remodel. They worked with us throughout the process and gave us our dream kitchen. Our project Manager, Uri was amazing- he helped us choose materials and made suggestions about the design. They worked with our budget and made sure we were comfortable with the project every step of the way. The crew kept our place clean at the end of every day and everyone was really wonderful to work with. The work was done fast and we were really happy with the quality of the materials. Following our kitchen remodel, we used this company again to put in central air/heat and re-wire our electrical. The second project went as smooth as the first! We will definitely use them again!

UPDATE: I changed my review to four stars because Home Renew 360 reached out to me immediately after I posted the first one. They made it very clear to me that customer service is their #1 priority. Uri visited my home and seemed genuinely interested to listen to our experience. I think it's important to consider how a company responds when there's a problem. They demonstrated strong character and a willingness to accept criticism. Uri explained that our experience would influence future trainings with their staff. After this, I would feel comfortable recommending Home Renew to others and hiring them for another job.
