We requested a quote online for 1. Insulation in our garage and 2. Putting up new outdoor walls/fencing.

The gentleman came on time and was very cordial. But let me tell you, he came READY to sell us a new roof. We tried going over what we were looking to have done, but he just kept looking at the roof kind of brushing off everything we were telling him. Barely even listening. He went over how our roof needed x,y,z. Which is fine. Good to know. He readily had samples of roofing materials in his car, a nice booklet about their roofing jobs and even showed us testimonials from seniors he probably conned into redoing their roofs. He kept going on about how they are roofers. Roofers, roofers, roofers. He insisted there's NO pressure. BUT he's going to call us in two days for us to make a decision to lock in our ""discount"". Lol but no pressure.

If you're a roofer why are you coming to quote walls and fencing?

I understand all companies need to make money and up-sells are common. That doesn't bother me. But he ignored what we asked and completely left without ANY quotes from the original things we wanted. No quotes on fencing or insulation. None. He came READY AND DETERMINED to try and up-sell us a new roof at almost 20K. And we never even got to getting quotes for the other things. It felt so dishonest. Why waste our time if you don't care about the projects we actually want done?

Honestly if our roof was that bad, yes, we will invest. But we were completely blown off about the other things because the roof would obviously be the money maker.

They may do good work, but man they are just worried about $$$$

I have never been so irritated with a contractor before. A simple re-roofing took not 1, not 2, not 3 weeks. It took 4 weeks! A simple project that should have at most taken 4-5 business days took 4 weeks to complete. Why you ask, I can only attribute it to terrible project management. I signed the contract June 11, they didn't start until about June 22 to tear off the old roof. Didn't see them for another 1-1/2 weeks until Jul 1st. And then dragged a** for the subsequent days to come and finish. Just today, July 9 did the city buy off the final inspection. I don't blame the poor laborers that actually came to do the physical work, they were great. I blame whomever was responsible for scheduling them to come. My project manager actually tried to blame the city for the delay and what he said were last minute rules to what material could be put on the roof. How can it be last minute if the city hasn't made changes to the code since Spring 2019. How do I know? Because I can read the city website about permits AND I called the city inspector for a nice chat. My neighbor that lives THREE houses down got their roof done last week, guess how long it took....4 freaking DAYS!!! I never will deal with this company again. Save your time and energy and use another company for your projects. I know I am, I got 4 more large projects I need done and I already hired somebody else

I am very happy with the quality of their results even though it was pricey. Edan and Ron were efficient and professional. They came to check their work most of the days. If you care about the quality of the work, I would definitely recommend them.

The most frustrating part of home renovation in my experience is the poor communication of most contractors. All too often they ""disappear"". Aiden, my project's manager kept me informed and was always available by phone. I had so much confidence in Aiden, I asked him to choose the colors for me and the result is beautiful. The new roof and attic insulation were made of quality materials and craftsmanship. All staff were polite, professional, and very clean. The company was recommended to me by my friend and I will do so likewise.

We just had Owens-Corning Duracool roof installed by HomeRenew360. We were extremely satisfied with price, demo, and installation. RON was our project manager. He worked with us to get a very competitive price. RON was very knowledgeable and explained the entire process from demo through all the components of the installation. He brought sample with him so we could see the products that we were getting. DAVID was also part of the team to get our order accurate and delivered on time. The two installers (Leonel and Jorge) were very diligent and meticulous. Everyone from HomeRenew was very friendly and very professional. We had other estimates before we decided to go with HOMERENEW. Also, there were NO hidden surprises or extra charges. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent customer service! Coby is great to work with. He was super responsive, punctual, and patient with scheduling phone and in-person consultations. He came out to our house for an estimate and proved to also be extremely knowledgeable and, most importantly, very honest. He took the time to give us different estimates for different scenarios to fit our needs and budget and was also very honest about the benefits and shortfalls about different project alternatives.
