We just had Owens-Corning Duracool roof installed by HomeRenew360. We were extremely satisfied with price, demo, and installation. RON was our project manager. He worked with us to get a very competitive price. RON was very knowledgeable and explained the entire process from demo through all the components of the installation. He brought sample with him so we could see the products that we were getting. DAVID was also part of the team to get our order accurate and delivered on time. The two installers (Leonel and Jorge) were very diligent and meticulous. Everyone from HomeRenew was very friendly and very professional. We had other estimates before we decided to go with HOMERENEW. Also, there were NO hidden surprises or extra charges. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent customer service! Coby is great to work with. He was super responsive, punctual, and patient with scheduling phone and in-person consultations. He came out to our house for an estimate and proved to also be extremely knowledgeable and, most importantly, very honest. He took the time to give us different estimates for different scenarios to fit our needs and budget and was also very honest about the benefits and shortfalls about different project alternatives. I will never hire a contractor who does not provide a detailed written estimate. Nor will I hire anyone who starts at a ridiculously high quote by simply eyeballing the project cost and then attempts to offer a discount. That is not an honest contractor.

Great experience with Home Renew 360. Roni Eldar was my contractor. Very knowledgeable, listened, considerate, competitive but not pushy. We signed up for the open kitchen concept and bust down walls, re-engineer load bearing walls, the structure and framing. The crew was professional and worked quickly, efficiently, and kept the other parts of the house as clean as possible. They did not skimp on materials and their craftmanship was top notch. I had a concern about a nicked copper pipe. Roni did not hesitate to wrap it so I can sleep well at night. Also, Roni considered my family and 2nd story, installed pillars that were bigger than the blueprint minimums. Even the city inspector was very impressed with the work. Roni was a pleasure to work with, he is a good communicator and he made great suggestions. Adam Cohen followed up with the final permits and made sure all the work done was satisfactory. I highly recommend this company.
