I started out in a construction company, working throughout the area. I advanced from laborer to supervisor. I led a crew of four workers for the contractor. I acquired skills in steel fabrication, roof installation, masonry, renovation, and various other trades. At that point, my wages were not satisfactory and chose to establish my own company. I quit that company and passed all required exams for masonry work as well as roofing services for homes and businesses.
