I hired Jose to repair two leaks in my roof. He was enthusiastic at first to help me but then he did not return to complete the job he was paid to do and my roof still leaks. I called and emailed him repeatedly to request that he complete the job properly but he did not get back to me. He has not acknowledged my requests for him to contact me and I still have a leak in my roof that I now have to pay someone else to repair properly. I will not hire Jose Pacheco to work on my home ever again.

Update: it seems that José gives great service until there is a problem. It's raining and my skylight is leaking more then ever. When I called José to let him know he said it couldn't be his work it had to be the window and it had to be removed or replaced. I said fine but told him in the meantime I needed to have the window tarped before it destroyed my kitchen ceiling. I was told his office would call me the following Monday to setup an appointment. The call never came and now my phone calls go unanswered and my messages are ignored. It seems that was a wasted $300 and Jose's assurances that he would return if his ""fix"" didn't work was a lie.

I wanted to say thank you to Jose for his prompt response. With winter coming. I wanted to make sure my gutters were clean. Jose came to my home the same day as my request. He gave me the quote and was able tot do the job that day. He took the debris away and left the yard and gutters clean. I would recommend this company for your home needs.
