Awful Company , Will not give us a guarantee after asking tons of times .'Are they too scared to do so ??? Nails all over the place which caused punctures .
They are cowboys , get a proper company !!!!!! I wish we had never heard of them . Plus tools went missing ~~~~~~~

Holt replaced my roof and did an outstanding job. There was lots of water damage to deal with and choices to be made in the restoration. They were prompt and professional and communicated the options and costs.

Holt roofing replaced our roof in 2015 within 2 years fungus grew between the layers of glass in the skylight due to defective seals and cosmetic work around the fireplace failed around year 4. I contacted Mr Holt a half dozen times between 2019 and 2020 promised each time that he would come by and look at the problems, he never showed up. I had another roofer inspect the work in 2021 and found the roof to be sound otherwise. I appreciate that my roof is ok but the ugly skylights detract from the view on our porch. I recommend that you look elsewhere for a roofing contractor.

Wow, I am so surprised by the negative reviews. I just had a metal roof installed on my home last week, and a huge crew of workers and trucks came to my house to begin the removal of the shingle roof. I had areas of rot, and knew I would need a lot of plywood replaced. The crew was professional, efficient and friendly. It is a family business. They were careful to put all waste directly into a dump truck instead of pushing it onto the ground. They were careful not to damage my trees. I went on the roof at least 4 times and they were happy to show me the rot they were finding and how they would fix the roof so it would no longer leak. They had a few crew who were continually picking up litter that fell off the roof over the 2 days it took to install the whole roof. They repaired some fascia that had rotted and installed some soffit ventilation at no extra charge. Everyone including the owner Melvin was polite. At the end the roof looked perfect. They left the site clean and roof finished in less than 3 days. They don't answer calls the next day, but they are in demand, I think... With a roof, it's worth some patience to get this company.

Rude. Pigs. They didn't use trash cans or clean up. Trash was left from paper towels to candy wrappers. Food, cups and other items were left in the street and in front of neighbors houses. The dog found more food near the shrubs. Not to mention material blocking way to the door. Parking on the yard -damaging sprinkler heads. The job was done too quick (2 days), quality wasn't good - had to call another company.

What are you looking for in roofing? There are lots of companies that appear to do a good job, but what's important is the quality of work, and that may not be apparent until several years down the road. I'm not concerned what my yard looks like the short time a roofer works on it or when exactly they start. What worries me is, in 5 years, I don't want my roof to start leaking because the roofer cut corners. You'd be surprised at how easy it is to do subpar work without you realizing it for a long time. What you get with Holt Roofing is quality work where it counts; a long time family owned local business you can count on. I have several properties Holt has reroofed and I have had very few problems; none that were not rectified. I will continue to use them for all my roofing needs.

Use this company only, if you like not having your calls returned and a company that doesn't stand behind their work. Roof is not that old and is leaking. Called them, discussed the issue and that was it. Almost two weeks now not a word.

Will be contacting BBB on this one.
