Holly Development Inc. was established in 1997 by Brian G. Holloway II, who is licensed and bonded, with more than 20 years of experience in the field. We have evolved from handling smaller tasks to managing multi-million dollar custom home projects, thanks to numerous referrals from satisfied clients.
Brian G. Holloway II has dedicated over 21 years to general contracting and home development. Specializing in kitchen and bathroom renovations, Brian personally oversees and manages all projects. Katheline C.We both a $1.75M house remodeled from Brian Holloway and Holly Development. The workmanship is of low quality for this price regarding structural integrity of the house. We have had to open up walls due to leaks created by poor workmanship and old plumbing of which 25% was not replaced to save costs. We have had to change windows and doors that 3 months after buying the house would not close. A lot of imperfections are hidden under flashy designs. I would not give $1 to this enterprise.
