I had a rep from Holden Roofing stop by and inquire about my roof even with a no soliciting sign on the front door (no kidding) but i figured that maybe this was the year my Home owners Insurance company would replace my roof. The guy goes on the roof after I tell him that they can do what they need to do but if insurance company decides not to pay that I would not be liable. Sao the guy goes on the roof and puts a 3 foot by 3 foot piece of plastic over some missing singles. Well guess what Insurance company said no again, go figure, they want to replace the missing singles. And now Holden roofing sends me a bill for 350 dollars, once again for a 3 foot by 3 foot piece of plastic. I will be contacting every review site possible and contacting the BBB. BEWARE

I read some mixed reviews about other Holden locations and I was also skeptical of anyone who just came knocking on doors but I knew I had some hail damage and a free estimate couldn't hurt. Thomas Nuccio was awesome - very accessible and returned my calls within minutes. He's continued to check in with me after the first big storms since the job was completed. The team did the job well and cleaned up well. The roof I have now is better than what I had before and it cost me only my deductible. I consider that quite fair. Holden did all the communication with my insurance company so I had to do very little on this entire job. On a personal note, right after I signed the initial paperwork to work with them, I fell and broke my arm severely - the Holden team was very considerate of my injuries and timeline, offering to adjust around me as needed during my healing.

Our representative Bonner Bankston was fantastic. He negotiated on our behalf with our insurance company to have a hail damage claim approved which had previously been denied. Then the work was scheduled and it was installed on time and completed in one day including clean up. I was very impressed with their professionalism focus on customer service and quality of the workmanship. One year ago, my house here in San Antonio was hit hard in the hail storm and Joseph handled everything, leaving me worry free. 512-994-5079...This is a review for the Austin area and specifically the sales associate Luke Secora who came out to our house and handled everything. Call him directly if you think you may be in need of a new roof or have weather damage to your existing roof. The insurance company did a horrible job of surveying the hail damage and missed a bunch of items besides the roof that were damaged (a/c, screens, deck). Luke did a thorough job in finding hail damage to more than just the roof. Long story short, got a new roof, screens, a/c combed out, and deck repaired for practically nothing. He did an awesome job!!!!

I read some of the previous reviews. I realize this company does tons of work and hired them to do my roof. The main reason I went with this company is because of the rep that came out. Luke Secora came to my house and did an inspection. Honestly, I did not need an inspection to know I needed a new roof. Luke was very professional, told me about his company, the materials they use, and how they support veterans. I was so impressed by Luke and how he communicated through out the whole process that I would hire them again anytime. The materials came in on the day they were supposed to and they begin work 0700am as scheduled. No problems with the billing department. I paid exactly what I was quoted. I could have gone with a cheaper smaller company with no warranty or no history of doing roofs. I may have saved $700.. But I am so pleased with the work and especially the customer service. I have piece of mind that this company will be around for years. Luke did not try to over sell me and I really appreciated that. If any one needs their roof looked at, call Luke 512-994-5079
