No respect for soliciting signs. Will tell you to go ahead for full replacement even if they found penny size dings not your shingles, dents on gutter pipes - replace gutters. Don't file a claim unless you see real damage.

We worked with Austin ""CAP"" Bridges with Holden for my mom's roof. She's not big with technology, so it was very reassuring that he was very patient and thorough throughout the entire process.

He did an awesome job helping her address her roofing issues and worked with our insurance company to get a new roof from a recent storm that came through her area in Leander Tx.
He helped her pick out new shingles ""True-definition duration series in driftwood from Owens Corning"".

I certainly appreciate a person that can put themselves in the customer's shoes and treats others how they'd like to be treated. If your looking for help with a new roof or an inspection ask for CAP!

Started off great with the roof and gutters but it's now been 5 months and they still can't finish the job. Finally got them to send someone out to stain the fence and so I took the day off and he didn't show up. I had to call to see what was going on and they said he would be there the next day so my wife took the day off and nobody showed up. He finally showed up a week after he was initially scheduled, when nobody was home. Not only did they stain my fence the wrong color (it should be the same color as my neighbors fence) but they got stain all over the brick, windows, screen and cement on my patio. I called them the next day and they said they would come back that Friday to clean everything and re-stain the fence. Another no-show and showed up randomly the following week, again when no one was home. Re-stained the fence, but it's still the wrong color and all of the overspray on my house, windows and patio has still not been cleaned up. Lady called to collect the final payment and I explained everything and she said someone would call me that day, 3 weeks later she called back to see if I was satisfied with the work and I told her I was still waiting for someone to call me back. She told me she was going to make some calls. 1 week later, I finally called and said I was fed up. Downspout is too short and water accumulates in my entry way, overspray has not been cleaned, fence is still the wrong color and work on the back of the house hasn't even been started....AFTER 5 MONTHS! Somebody is supposed to come out tomorrow and they said they would have everything fixed within the next 2 weeks, lol, but I'm not holding my breath.

The roof itself was installed well.

However, a ladder was put through my window. The company knew that I was out of town while this roof replacement was done, that evening my parents were driving by and noticed the busted window so they boarded it. Had my parents not driven by, I would have had a busted out window in my house for 5 days.

I am still in the process of getting this window fixed, it has been over a month and many calls to their office to try to get it fixed. I think it will be around 2 months of me having a boarded up window due to their lackadaisical approach to getting this resolved. I have had to call so many times to get this figured out (try to get them to call me back, then schedule the window guy, have you paid the window guy, etc).

My project manager was a nice guy, and the roof seems nice but I cannot recommend due to how poorly they have handled this situation. I'm hoping I do not have any roof issues if this is what it takes for them to solve an issue that happened during the installation.

Do NOT do business with this company, particularly if it involves the sale/purchase of a new home. They almost cost us the purchase of our home. They are so greedy and stuck their nose into the transaction demanding money be withheld at closing for a roof that had not even been started yet and no materials ordered. They put a lien on the property, and cost the seller $750 to get out of their contract. They are rude, manipulative, greedy, and sneaky. Avoid at all costs!

The replaced my roof a little over a year ago. They were very attentive and appeared to do what I thought was a good job at the time of installation. It supposedly came with a 2-year warranty.

Fast forward 14 months and I now have a roof leak. I called multiple times per week, for the last 3 weeks, trying to get someone to come out and look at it. Kept getting dumped into a general delivery mailbox without a return call. Finally got a call back and was scheduled to have someone come by and take a look at it. I took time off from work for our agreed upon time only to have him ""no show me"" and add to the frustration, I had to chase him down and the excuse what something came up and I ran out of time. We rescheduled for today at 2PM. I took time off of work (again!) and it's now 5PM and still no one has showed up.

I'm very frustrated to say the least!!!!!!

Ignored our ""No Soliciting"" sign and knocked on our door while we were in the process of euthanizing our elderly cat with terminal cancer. Definitely never using this company for anything. If you can't respect your customers privacy and property you don't get their business.

Don't get back with you after they get paid. A lot of promises but no results. They talk the talk of integrity and responsiveness. Jarrod is the Regional manager but I guess he to important to call back his customers. Eric is the office manager but he can't make a decision. Jonathon is the district manager and the brother of the sales representative Jason. They have long Texas roots but lack integrity. Think twice before signing a contract with them. The work is good but the communication to get small things fixed just sucks and mention to them and they get worse.

This is an update to a recently bad review that I gave to this company after the recent ice/snow storms of this past February. This bad review was due to what I though was an issue with my roof which was installed 2 years ago by Holden Roofing and a water leak to one of my bedrooms which cause severe damage to my carpet and the wall. I was to quick to judge the company, before they had a chance to react and correct the missed appointment. Today Mr. Jarrod Adreon (Area Sales Manager) along with his crew to include a Customer Service Specialist came to my house to survey the damage. After checking the entire area to include the roof and the damaged room they were able to determinate that the damage was ""not"" due to something wrong done during the installation of the roof, but was due to the amount of ice/snow accumulated in that specific area of the roof that cause the water to backup into panel away from the shingles. Jarrod went above and beyond his duties by taking the time to explain the issue in detail and directed his crew to add additional materials to reinforce that area and protected for any future extreme weather issues. Thanks Jarrod and the entire Holden Roofing Company!!!

Run, away from this company!! Pushy from the beginning and wanted to charge me almost 100% more than other roofers. As in 5 other roofers.
Thankful I had experience in owning properties and had a few roofs replaced and repaired. Without naming the specific salesperson, he talked about how he's the #1 sales person and he's an expert in his field.
They try to get you to sign a form stating that if ""they"" get your insurance to pay you are obligated to use them. If not, you pay them $750. All the while charging you double!!
Brochure is nice but don't be fooled. RUN!
