I hired Holden to put on a new roof that had hail damage. After setting a date I found I had to have the foundation repair that delayed the roof install. Nathan, who I dealt with at Holden, worked with me and delayed the roof for 2 1/2 months. Communication was excellent and the install was completed in one day. Roof looks amazing and I'm appreciative of them working with me after I found out I had other issues that needed to be handled first. I would hire them again without question. I did see the negative reviews here were with solicitation. I didn't have a problem with Holden with solicitation as I contacted them. I will say that solicitation in my area is terrible so much I put up a sign but it's largely ignored. A better sign to put up is No Trespassing which the police can enforce. Just for those who don't know, the Supreme Court ruled that in most cases soliciation is allowed and cannot be enforced except on the honor system by companies. Now, back to the review, Holden was excellent and I'm very happy with the work they performed.

Salesperson, Santiago Velazquez with Holden Roofing came soliciting to my door with a do not solicit sign on it. Asked Santiago velazquez to leave which he did not. he then argued with me that he was not soliciting and tried to leave his business card at my door. I again said no thank you and take the card with you but he refused. then left his card as litter and my door and left. don't do business with this horrible company.

Sooooo helpful and great team of people. So many neighbors raved about their experience with them, and I heard horror stories with other companies. Glad I made the decision to go with Holden Roofing.

These people will not stop coming to my door, despite my no soliciting sign, and a rule against soliciting in my gated neighborhood. I assume they do bad work too if they're desperate enough to knock on the same doors over and over again.

One of their solicitors twice came to my house today even after being told I had already had the roof replaced and telling her soliciting is not allowed in our gated community as posted at the gate. She became very belligerent with me, which is captured on my door camera; so if she's any indication of how this company acts I would not give them my business

Joseph at Holden Roofing was great at what I needed, someone to help me bridge him, the contractor, my insurance company, and the folks who installed my solar panels. Once dated were established, work was completed rapidly and finished just in time for the wind storms that run through my location.

I am very happy with the job Holden did replacing my roof. Joseph explained to me exactly how the process would go and kept in touch the entire time. I was able to text him, day or night, and he was always quick to respond. He inspected the roof when the job was complete and sent me 17 pics he took while on my roof. Today he even sent someone over to power wash my driveway as the equipment used to deliver the materials had left tire marks.
