Will had indicated we would hear from someone shortly to set up an appointment to have our repair work done. Well, weeks and weeks went by and not one word letting us know what was going on and when we could expect them. I finally had to contact Will again and let him know how very disappointed we were with their customer service. We finally got on the books and got the work done.
