I have no idea how this company has a 5 star. I purchased truss for (3) homes for my client 8 months ago, 7 months later I receive notification that my deposits are being returned because a billionaire purchased the company. We were 1 of many who had this problem. Check is still in the mail. Pathetic and very unethical. As a small business doing right by clients, we don't matter. My clients don't matter. I'm not rich and powerful but I care about others. That seems very rare these days. Not sure why I received weird call and unusual email immediately after this review, I only stated facts.

I haven't done any business with them but I was amazed at how informative their website is; it was like mini classes in trusses! Also, I asked a simple, rather broad question and submitted it. That was on Saturday. ON SUNDAY, Derrick responded to me with a solid answer! Who does that on a Sunday? Someone who cares about what he does. I'm hoping when time comes to build that I can do business with them. Especially if they are that attentive to someone over the web!!!! Kim Castro, DVM
