Do NOT trust these people with a penny!!!!!!
They took the insurance money, DID NOTHING, and won't return the money. We've been trying for 5 months to get he money back.
There is another H&H roofing company, in Florida, that tells me they receive complaints about this company and agree they are scammers.

This roofing company very honest respectfull they are excellent roofing company and communicate with home owners, they respect to the home owners very well. They do excellent roof work and excellent roofing company.

Door knocker was rude and cursed me out when we told him we didnt need any of their services.

I received the quote and thought ""No Way"". But, yes!
Great price, great roof, and exceptional customer service.
They beat everybody's price and came through like professionals should.

Found out how bad and deceitful their business practices are. They hire 10 canvassers every 3 weeks scouring numerous square miles promising bonuses for each house they schedule for inspections. They promise a salary and signing bonus from the start. After 3 weeks of massive hours a day / 6 days a week, they fire the crew to recycle to a new group of 10 to burn them out with no intention to pay the promised amount. Cutting corners to make a buck. This is who you TRUST to do an honest job on your roof?

I had a very disappointing experience with His & Hers Roofing. I initiated an insurance claim with them back in March 2023 due to storm damage. From the start, communication was almost non-existent. They never updated me on the progress of the claim; every bit of information I received was because I reached out to them.
After months of waiting with no results, I was advised to proceed with another roofing company to replace the roof and was told they'd send the difference once the insurance claim settled, minus their fees. When I called in November 2024 for an update, I was shocked to learn that the claim had been closed back in October, allegedly due to the roof replacement, which was completed by the other company. No notice, no call, and no email about this closing--they simply let the claim die without informing me. When I spoke to their representative, Ashley, she told me that they don't proactively update customers; it's up to the customer to call and get updates.
If you're looking for a roofing company that values communication, transparency, and customer service, I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere.

How come you don't accept work that is not an insurance claim?
Reminds me of the roofing companies that are on the TV news after these big storms hit, the companies that screw the home owners and leave them with maybe some of the needed supplies dumped off in the front yard and then you don't hear from the company again. Or maybe the roof leaks worst then it did after the storm. Maybe I will look them up on the local news stations web site.
Don't you feel that is shady to drive/walk around after a storm and offer to file a claim with your insurance company as long as you sing up with them? Makes my skin crawl.

So bad dont use this company they are scamming.
They called and filed a claim for me with my home insurance on Feb 2023 and they took my deductible , got the money from my insurance claim, insurance company paid them directly on july 2024 and then scheduled to do roof for me on November 3rd 2024 and now saying that they need to reschedule my roof to January 2025the reason they said because of hurr Helene and Melton they can't do it job on November. my house was more damaged and impacted by the 2 hurricanes and since they are not fixing my roof on time . i called them they said "" what do you want me to do"" i told them i will call my insurance to tell them that roof company dont do the job and then this roof his and her roof company said "" go ahead"" so rude and no ethical take advantage on homeowner. We said we will call lawer they said they dont care if we dont mind to pay for lawyers

His and Her Roofing identified our roofing issues. Unfortunately our insurance fought it. In the meantime the customer service department was always available to answer questions. We ended up having to sue the insurance company and they finally approved it. Once approved His and Her Roofing replaced the roof rather quickly. They were transparent about the roofing products they used and if they didn't know they found out. Although it was a long process, I'd give them 5 stars because they are willing to work with you.
