It probably isn't wise to solicit for business by spam texting people. Even if I was in the market to hire for gutter services, I would not go with a company that spams their way to earn business. Bad business practice because in return, you earned yourself another one star review.

Received a spam text ad from them. The irony is that I'm actually looking for a roofing company to repair my roof after storm damage, but would never hire a company that breaks the law to solicit business, and neither should you!

This firm violates Washington state law by sending unsolicited text messages as advertisements.
What do you suppose the quality of the work will be if your first interaction is a violation of state law?
They must be truly desperate for business if they want this to be their initial interaction.

Spam texts you for business even when I've never done business with them. Never trust any company that is this much of a low life to send random texts to your personal phone.

EDIT: This has to be a spam company DO NOT HIRE. Their phone numbers are all disconnected and no way to contact them. Not sure what the scam is here but smells like rotten fish.

They did a great job cleaning the moss off my tile roof and cleaned my solar panels at the same time at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend these guys and I will be using them in the future when needed.

This company won't stop spamming me with SMS messages about roof repair, even after responding with ""STOP"" to unsubscribe. Received another one from a different number, so it's safe to assume that if they're scammy about soliciting business, they'll probably scam you on your roof repair too. -12/10 would never do business with.
