The absolute, worst nightmare I have ever had with any company. The first day they started ripping off the old roof, they did not cover it properly because my kitchen was flooded overnight. I had black mold for several weeks. It was inside the walls. My kitchen cabinets were destroyed. It wasn't until I gave them a one star review on their website that the owner called furious at me And demanded that I change it to a five star rating or he would not correct the situation. I changed it to a five star rating and had to fight to get a very small settlement not enough to cover the damage that they caused. Within time, I noticed damage to the wood underneath the roof where the roof sticks out about 2 feet. The flashing they had installed did not meet the gutter, causing the water to go underneath the roof and rot the wood and we can continue to still battle this it's a very simple fix for them, but they refuse to fix it but I will keep fighting, and turn them into every official an organization, including the news media.
