These guys are great!
Omg I didn't even realize but I was speaking to the CEO of the company. Such a nice and friendly guy!
Seriously I can't say enough good things about this company, all of their workers are really professional as well.
Anyway they tore away at a leaky roof and replaced it completely. Helped me with the payment plan and I even got my homeowners insurance to pay for it. So for me it was a win-win. I totally recommend these guys to come take a look and give you a quote, if you have rot going on up there like I did and then you may be able to get away with the insurance pay. Just saying.

I had No customer to contractor enter action except for speaking to someone claiming to be the President and owner and may have been. The owner did explain that Tyler is part of his corporation and that he is his Salesman. The sales representative Tyler never showed his CSLB home improvement identification, so I was never able to verify if Tyler was a licensed sales representative with the CSLB. No roofing license but is a B contractor and solar contractor installer. I was inquiring about a deck hot mop and was told that my job would be done by a sub contractor, and Tyler refused to allowed me to meet with the sub contractor prior to the job, so I declined the bid as a retired licensed contractor, I have to match a driver's license with the individual claiming to be the licensee to ensure that I am really signing with the licensed contractor performing the job. Otherwise, you have no recourse! The drivers license should match the signature on the contractor's license. In addition, code 7057 requires that the Prime contractor must be performing at least two other trades or crafts on your property before the Prime contractor can bid on a specialty job classification such as roofing! If a sub- contractor holding the specialty license is in good standing and holds an active license in the State of California, then you can be comfortable and be assured that you are signing a legitimate contract! Always match the driver's license with the contractor's signature weather he or she is a sub or prime contractor to make sure you are contracting with the right person! I was denied this security when Tyler refused to let me meet his sub contractor and verify his legitimacy! Section code 7152 explains the responsibility and duties of a licensed sales representative. I just couldn't digest all the drama!

After 25 years I needed to replace my roof, David and his crew could have not nicer or more professional. I will be recommending them forever.

I highly recommend this roofing company. We were so happy with how our roof came out and how David was available and part of the entire process from start to finish. I never thought I would say this, because to be honest I've never thought about roof appeal before, but our roof looks so amazing! The workmanship of his entire crew has been top-notch from start to finish. David has kept us informed of the entire process daily and was on-site taking care of all the details so we didn't have to worry about anything. He is so informative and keeps you up-to-date. Our roof looks so much better then we could have imagined. Great job Hines57 roofing!!!
