Amy T.I wrote Hilco a $10,380 check for the deposit for our roof, with a verbal promise of a two week turn around. Our job is a remodel with an addition, so we are living in the home. It has been four weeks tomorrow since I gave them my check. We have had unreturned phone calls, stalling, and still no roof. The claim is rain. However, within the first two weeks, there was one rain day. The third week, there was one holiday. It wasn't until the fourth week that we had two more (weekend) days of rain. As of right now, I would not recommend this company. Perhaps the salesman, Randy Zahn, is the issue and not the actual company. I guess we will see if the roof is ever installed.
