This company promises the world and doesn't follow through. My rain gutters are damaged. The owner said it looks like someone put a ladder against it. We'll hello. I sent pictures of her workers ladders against them but she will not take ownership. They promised nails would be all picked up from yard and drive way. Noooo I called several times to have them come back as we found hundreds of nail. Yes hundreds... then of course I had a nail in my car tire!!! To many other companies out there. Don't use this company. Owner never even responded to my email. But they sure were quick to pick up their check.

If I could give Highland Homes Roofing of Sebastian zero or negative stars, I would!! The old shingle roof was removed and the house was covered in plastic held down by nails. Due to a rainstorm, the plastic ripped from the nails and it was raining in my ENTIRE house with ceilings falling. Afterwards, promises were made by their salesman and Highland Homes Roofing never came through with any of them. They wouldn't even give me any of their insurance information. I put the claim through MY insurance company. As a result, this entire ordeal has been a lengthy nightmare. Total damages $150,000 settled by MY insurance company, NOT by theirs. All I can say is shame on you Highland Homes Roofing for going against your word(s)!! Highland Homes Roofing did not have me covered!! Would you want this roofer working on your home???

If you don't mind a metal roof taking about 4 months, and the roof being left incomplete so that the rain pours in the kitchen, than this is the company for you.
We gave a deposit in oct, roof got started in dec. we gave them 1/2 down when they started. Management was in total confusion pulled the crew off our job countless times. They had our skylights tore off our roof then said everything was on back order. They had to repair our kitchen ceiling because the unfinished roof leaked. They sent a crew over to repair the kitchen and the crew painted the living room ceiling when they were suppose to do the kitchen.
This company had a high rating when I checked them out before we hired them but found out about a year ago new owners took over.
