Jordan and Highguard came recommended to me by a friend. Everything my friend had to say was accurate and then some. When we bought our house 3 months ago, our roofing inspector called out the fact that many of the cement roof tiles that had slipped off the curb along the edge of my roof. The inspector gave us an estimate for the repairs needed. Jordan's quote came in several hundred dollars under the original quote. When the day of work arrived, Jordan and his team of 4 arrived and got right to work repairing the issues. By lunch, not only were they done with the contracted work, but they had also replaced 7 cracked tiles (after asking for my approval to do so).
I was so impressed by Highguard, I asked Jordan if he could give me a quote for one of my rental properties. Jordan was out at that property the very next day and had diagnosed the issues and brought many pictures to help me understand what was needed to repair that roof.
After 20+ years of managing a few rental properties, I think I may have finally found a roofing contactor that does quality work reliably and at a reasonable cost. I'll be calling Jordan for the foreseeable future.

He was very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He worked quickly to identify the problem, and then offered two different solutions for my problem (including a more thorough/expensive one, and a more affordable ""quick fix""). I appreciate that he didn't push to upsell the most expensive fix, instead letting me try the cheaper option first.

Overall, he worked very quickly and efficiently, and the labor cost was reasonable. I will definitely reach out to him again for my future roofing needs!

I met with several roofers before settling down with Jordan because he was very informative, reliable, and professional from the initial contact all the way up to repairs. My roof isn't finished yet, project just got started, but I have no doubt that he will do a good job.

Jordan walked through my potential options, and provided me quotes super timely and followed through even though he's been super busy due to the storm of the century. He keeps me updated along the way, calls when he arrives or when he's on his way, and checks out with me when he's done.

Jordan came out in between storms. Had half of our roof removed in just a few minutes to diagnose the source of our leak. He was very knowledgeable about where the potential problems were. Jordan and his team quickly scheduled the repair and replaced all of the damaged pieces. The price was very reasonable. We have a roofer for life!
