I've been a home owner for 50 years now and I can truly say my experience this week with Carlos Gomez and his crew from Higher Levels Roofing is above and beyond GREAT !
From answering my first phone call while reaching out to find a roofer, all the way through the process of having the new roof installed, it has been flawless .
I alway's try and do reach on companies beforehand . So when I read about Carlos working with his father who also was a roofer I felt very comfortable with him. He came out quickly to look at the job and bid it. Upon meeting Carlos in person I immediately felt very comfortable with him.

I'm going to start this with: This was a great interaction overall.

I found Higher Levels through Yelp initially and while most people might think that a new business won't have the experience to efficiently get you what you need, I did my background work and found that prior to this venture the owner had already built an extensive background with over a decade in his roofing career.

While they were also handling other projects, and dealing with the current supply chain issue, the team was done in under a week. I had a lot of communication with both my project foreman and the business owner. They let me know every step of the way what to expect with their work schedule.
The guys were very respectful of my neighbors and made sure to take care of any trash and debris so that nothing got into anyone else's areas or parking spaces. They even took the time to point out areas where my fascia looked like it needed replacing and took care of it for me so that my house now looks refreshed.

There are a few other vendors I have worked with for my house. Some cost more, some claim to be able to offer great services because of the size of the company, but I have gotten lost in the system and my project been put on hold because a company is too large, or needs to contract out certain portions of a job and things take much longer than expected. I didn't experience any of these things with Higher Levels. I really felt like they cared about my house, my end product and my family, not just my business. I have already recommended them to several other neighbors who needed roof work done and I'm sure they will be as happy as I am with the end result.

Higher Levels Roofing does an excellent job fixing the roof. Very thorough and professional and prompt. They frequently updated the status of the project and took care of the work.
The company did great job in completing the job to the best. They even offered to absorb the extra money to get the best possible tiles to match to the current roof tiles.
