After a few weeks our roof looks bad and we can not get anyone out to fix it.. The mortar they used left lots of streaks and they do not care. there response was ""We received this information back from the manufacturer as this is a normal process and nothing out of the ordinary."" yet all the other new roofs do not look like ours -- Have pictures but do not see an option to post pictures

These people are the most responsive, friendly and knowledgeable company that I've dealt with in many a day. Mike, Carlos and Roberto are more than willing to work on any problem that is presented to them. Their pricing was more than competitive and timely. They are doing other homes in my area currently and my neighbors all have praised their work as I do. I can only say that I'd use them again in a heartbeat and suggest you do as well.

High Tower Roofing is a very reputable and honest company. They have been in business well over 10 years which translates to having the knowledge and work ethic to professionally install any roofs.

This company does not care about the client, they were paid almost 20 grand for a roof and for a pretty small home in fact, they did half the roof then disappeared, couldn't get in touch with them for weeks, took the help of a lawyer to get them to come back and finish roof, but they cover the vents in the bathroom when they were not supposed to to and it has been since July 1st they started the job. the dump trailer is still the the yard. this is the most unprofessional company and I would never recommend them to anyone.

I was charged for materials left at my home and not used for my roof replacement. When the superintendent had a final walk through he collected the materials and said I wouldn't get charged for them. I was still charged and now have been told the owner refuses to correct the invoice because that employee is no longer with the company. Very disappointed in the way it was handled

From the initial visit with the CEO, Robbie Sanger, to the roofing team led by Michael Stambaugh, to the High Tower Roofing Office staff, this company exceeded my expectations. Robbie's servant-hearted leadership style and down-to-earth Christian character clearly sets a business culture for a strongly principled and client focus brand. High Tower Roofing was impressively priced at what I believe was a very fair value - not to mention their willingness to extend a generous military veteran's discount in honor of my wife's service in the Navy. They started my roof job within the timeframe they originally estimated and they were on the job hustling day-in and day-out until it was done. Any ticky-dot fixes that I asked them to conduct were done in a reasonable amount of turnaround time without a peep of pushback from the leadership team. Additionally, an admin snafu that could have easily (and rightfully) cost me more out-of-pocket expenses was handled with a ton of grace and professionalism on Mandy Sanger and her staff's part. This business is the epitome of great quality, customer service, and overall value, and I highly recommend them accordingly!

I contacted High Tower back at the beginning of August. The sales rep came out promptly to do an estimate. We told them we would move forward but not as of yet but would be in touch when we were ready. Fast forward post Irma...I then emailed them to contact the homeowner because she had questions. She waited...and waited...and waited. I then sent another email asking what was going on as she had not heard from them. It was admitted that he failed to see the email and apologized. However, that is where the sales rep went south. One of the questions pertained to the quote which was given August 8th, which according to their quote was good for 30 days. He failed to communicate with the homeowner and the clock was ticking. Of course came the message that the cost of shingles was up so the quote would be different now. When I pressed the salesman for a ballpark figure of how much of an increase, he told me between $1300-1500!
Fact #1 I may be a woman but I'm far from stupid so do not underestimate me. Fact #2, I can assure you that I was not born yesterday. Fact #3, I will check the lines of bullshit that you are feeding me.
After speaking with at least 6-10 other companies, surprise, surprise. The cost had not gone up and if it did it would not be even close to what I was told.
Lesson to be learned: If you want the job, don't back pedal and lie your way out of a situation that you could've prevented. I don't care if the reason you missed the email was because you had to get a new phone. Checking emails is part of your job however you need to do so. Not my job to follow up time and time again to make sure you are doing your job. I don't get paid for that.
You tell the homeowner that you were 4 weeks out before the storm and now you're 5 weeks out. You tell me that you were 5-6 weeks out prior to the storm and now you're several more weeks. Funny when you wanted HALF of the job up front and you knew we'd be paying cash, you never once mentioned it would be more than 4 weeks until we could get our roof done.
You said what you said to try to get the sale. Newsflash...maybe you should be straight forward and not attempt to blow smoke up someone's ass.
I tried to be polite and send you a return email stating we had hired someone else to do the job and stated it was because I cannot hire someone that I cannot put my trust in.
Instead of returning a message to me, one of their reps called the homeowner. She was then questioned about who I had hired and wanted to check their background and to see if they had proper licensing and permitting? I thought your company was sooo busy?! How do you have time to research your competition during such a busy time?
I can tell you that I am beyond happy with the company that I did choose. Perhaps if it wasn't for your sales rep dropping the ball, this review would have been a positive one.

I would enter negative stars if that was an option. Our roof was ""completed"" on 3/16/2015 and our first complaint was filed on 7/13/2015. We had High Tower install a new skylight when they did the roof and it STILL has issues. High Tower came back several times and told us different reasons why we were seeing more water damage to our ceiling. We finally called another roofing company to look at the problem and they told us that the black discoloration of our ceiling is not water but air. Condensation causes black mold when a skylight is not properly installed and insulated. This roofer knew the problem in an instant. Why couldn't High Tower do the same? Maybe because they don't know what they are doing. Repeated attempts to get High Tower to correct the issue have failed. We will now go to the courts and let them fight this battle! Do NOT hire this company and DO NOT SIGN an Assignment of Benefits giving them access to your insurance company!!!! I will post this wherever possible to get this word out to others.
