They did our roof and it seemed to be good at first, but we never received the warranty information for the roof and all numbers I dial to reach them end in voice mail. I leave messages but no one returns the calls.

We now have what appears to be a leak in the ceiling. It is growing mold and while I was able to get a hold of one of their employees (Joseph Purvis), it has been like pulling teeth to get them to come look at the ceiling. I tried to visit the office but it looks abandoned. No one answers calls, I will NEVER do business with them again and would recommend the same to others.

UPDATED REVIEW: High Ridge Home Solutions did eventually respond and return to honor their warranty. They repaired the roof twice more, and appear to have fixed the leak they were hired to fix in July. I appreciate the fact they did return multiple times to address the repair.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I cannot stress enough how disappointed we are with High Ridge Home Solutions. The company completed a roof repair on our house for a small leak in the middle of July. We contacted them the next day with a simple question but never had a response. When Irma came through we discovered that not only had they not adequately repaired the original leak, but instead made it much worse than before. When we called Paul, he immediately answered the phone when he believed it was new business. Once he heard it was warranty work, he asked me to text him my information. Since that time, High Ridge Home Solutions has not responded to a single text or phone call to either the main line or the cell line that Paul passed to us. They were called and texted every day for a week without a single response. Had they bothered to respond even once to let us know that they would be willing to honor their 1 year warranty on the work they did, I wouldn't be so disappointed. However, it is very clear that this company does not honor their word and does not do quality work. For those of you who have had them repair your roofs recently, I pray you don't need to have them back out to your house...because that will not happen. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Ever. For anything.
