TLDR : AVOID AT ALL COSTS, the low prices are not worth the headache. He will overpromise, ignore your calls and texts, and not refund you for an undone job. Don't ignore the negative reviews, there's a reason they exist.

A month and a half ago I needed my roof power washed, gutters and windows cleaned and Isreal did a decent job.

However, I asked him to come again to trim a tree and take a few pictures of my roof that I needed for my homeowners insurance and that's when the problems began. When trimming the tree he accidentally knocked off and broke a few of my roof tiles and told me he would come again to replace the tiles. While waiting he asked that I pay him for the job so he can buy the tiles which I did. I waited for over 3 weeks of back and forth texts that state he will come for sure on certain days and never showed up repeatedly without communication.

Furthermore, when I tried calling him he wouldn't answer. Aside from happily receiving payment and taking my money for an incomplete job I am now stuck finding someone else to complete this project. Very disappointing.

High Quality Roofing is NOT reliable! Two days in a row I scheduled appointments with Israel and he was a ""NO SHOW"" both times. He conveniently blocks his phone from receiving / accepting calls. After his first ""no show"" Israel assured me he would come to the second appointment. I also texted him and shared the last negative review but I have not heard back from him. Good riddence to this company. Why commit to appointments and not keep them? If he was ill or had an emergency, he could have at least texted and explained his absence. I DO NOT recommend High Quality Roofing!

Called this company and spoke to the man on the phone made an appointment with him to come and look at my roof. He was a no show. I called him and asked him what was going on he said he would be another 30 minutes and again was a no show. No call no text Just a no show. I then called him and texted him two more times he hasn't responded and doesn't answer either phone for his business and his voicemail doesn't work. I'd say skip this gentleman and his business.

We had a broken gutter that needed fixing urgently and required gutter and roof cleaning services on an emergency basis. Israel was very prompt in his responses and did a fabulous job at a very reasonable price. We were very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend him for any gutter or roof related services.

I called Israel to clean my gutters, lots of pigeon problems on my roof which caused 100% backup with poop / mud. Here is what he did:

1) Used a high-power blower to clear out initial leaves, etc.
2) Hand dig out OVERFLOWING BIRD POOP in certain areas.
3) Used hose water to flush out final gutter cleaning to make perfect.

NOW, please understand there was nowhere for the hand-dig-out pigeon poop and other blocking debris to go except the ground below. It took 1.5 hours to cleanout gutters on my 3,000 sq.ft. house. They spent another hour cleaning EVERYTHING on the ground (it was a big mess I had) and when they left, it was perfect with no indication there were there !!! 5 STARS !!!

I would definitely recommend this company. We hired them to clean our gutters. Israel responded very quickly to a quote request, and he did a great job.

I submitted a request to have someone come out through Yelp. I've actually tried many times in the past to get someone out to look at my dripping gutter. We'd only been able to get a couple of people out to put some sealant in the gutter in the hopes of fixing the drip. It would last for a month or so and then back to the problem.
I suspected we had a negative drainage issue and it took Israel all of 1 minute to realize we needed an additional downspout. We made an appointment for the next day and he came out and got it done. It seems as though it's finally fixed!
Price was very fair for the work done.
My only critique would be with his punctuality, but considering we are all stuck at home, this wasn't an issue really.

Israel was very prompt and cordial. He repaired several loose metal roof panels on my barn and even removed an old 8ft satellite dish antenna off my garage roof for a reasonable price.

Israel cleaned our rain gutters, unclogged a downspout, fixed a leak in our gutters, and installed new downspout. He responded and came out quickly to solve our issues. I'm satisfied with his work and will use him again in the future.

I am super impressed with the responsiveness of this company. I left an email late Saturday night and had an email and text when I woke up Sunday morning. Israel have me a quote for cleaning my gutters and came the next day with his crew. I found this amazing as it was a rainy day in the first week of rain season. They did a great job and a very thorough clean up. These are your guys for great service!
