It was a pleasure working with both Tony and John on my roof replacement project. They are reasonably priced and performed quality work. In addition, they went beyond what was required by correcting the gutter and drain connection as an example. I love their pride in workmanship and attention to detail. They made sure they did not damage the siding when removing the old roof and did a nice job sealing between the wall and the roof. John was very good at explaining any questions you may have. They made sure to clean up afterwards, including potential debris in the neighbor's house. Both Tony and John exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them.

Tony and John are amazing. Not only has my roof stood up to these atmospheric storms after 8 years, when there are issues, they are ready to standby their work and then some. I installed a new skylight and even though they are so busy with leaks, they made the time to come help me out. Amazing customer service.

I had High Quality Roofing replace my roof. Tony and Tommy are honest and great to work with. When a problem arose with my project, they made it right before I even had to ask. They were easy to communicate with through the entire project, and were able to schedule my roof within a few weeks of the initial estimate and complete it on schedule. They did a great job cleaning up my property and my neighbor's as well after the roof was removed.

We were referred to High Quality Roofing through ""word of mouth"", and called Tony to get an estimate for light repair work on our roof (roof cap and vent replacements). He came out later that same day to inspect the damage, but also let us know that he was booked solid for six weeks out. He asked us if we had another resource, and after we shared that it was hard to find one that could do the work in the near future (This was after the recent heavy storms), he offered to work something out, and to try to squeeze the work in between his heavier jobs. The following week he completed the work in shots. He did a terrific job, and the cost was very reasonable, but the part that struck us most was that he saw that we needed assistance sooner rather than later, and quickly took care of the work despite being very heavily booked. He will be good to keep in mind when much heavier work is needed.

Tony and Tom and their crew did a great job on our roof: very fair price, committed to a schedule weeks in advance and kept it; did the work fast and throughly, and the quality looks good. There is a lot to like about the way they do business, but this stood out to me: early in the process We asked about a potential addition of scope -- new insulation -- and they gave us an estimated price and we agreed to wait and see what the final cost would be. We planned around their estimate. Well, weeks later, when the job was done, their final price was exactly as quoted: no surprise increase, just exactly the work as promised -- and they threw in a new cap on our chimney, too. I appreciated their approach, and I appreciate the new roof.

In 2016 HQR did an excellent job replacing the roof on my house, at a very reasonable price. This year (2021) they also replaced a skylight with a more modern robust one, sent me information and photos of what the new one would be like. Communication was very good and answered all my questions and concerns. They were very flexible around fitting things in. All at very reasonable price. I would highly recommend.
