Per other reviewers, Norm and his crew are outstanding in every way. Norm was so kind to schedule replacing my roof ahead of the first major storm this winter. My roof involved an intricate tile skirt and several nooks and crannies and Norm and his crew went to the nth degree to ensure that every detail is par excellence. My new roof is both highly functional and stunning, and so many passersby have remarked on it. And, somehow Norm managed to do all of this within my budget!

In addition to Norm caring that I would be wholly satisfied with my new roof, he's also very much a people person. It was an honor and a delightful experience to have Norm and his crew replace my roof.

Norm is an outstanding person and is wonderful to work with. Last week he and his team repaired our roof on a very windy day. I very much appreciated their dedication to doing it under those conditions. The price was very reasonable. Norm is honest and I trust his judgement regarding whether we should repair or replace the roof. He replaced the flat part of the roof some years ago, and when it is time to replace the pitched part of the roof, I will definitely call High Point Roofing!

We just had a new Flintlasttic low pitch roof installed on our home. Norm Armstrong is the owner and gave us a very fair price. We couldn't be more pleased with the work and professionalism of this company and Norm. Norm installed our first new roof on our home 21 years ago and did a great job. We had only one leak in all this time just in the past 3 months, and he personally came out on the next day to repair it for us.
His workers always cleaned up after each day and were finished in just 2 1/2 days. Norm is also very personal and it's a pleasure doing business with him. We highly recommend if you need any roof work here on the coast side especially, give him a call.

Norm and his roofing crew did a fantastic job on our home. We went from shake to composition shingle, so they had to install plywood over the spaced sheathing. The guys covered everything in the garage and our outbuilding, and the debris that fell through was minimal.

The new roof looks great. Norm is a straight shooter & a fine human being. He's the kind of person you want to do business with. His crew does quality work, and they're fast & conscientious. A solid 5-star experience!

Norm Armstrong and his crew at High Point Roofing took on a daunting job of re-roofing our 110-year-old home with a steep pitch that only daredevils would climb. Norm conducted a walk-through before the project started to give us tips on what to move in order to minimize damage to the property. His crew cleaned up the debris after every workday. Norm employs a hardworking and respectful group of laborers and craftsmen who gave us a dazzling new roof. Everything flowed perfectly and that's quite a bit to say with re-roofing a steep roof on an old house.

Preparing to sell my house, I needed to put a new roof on it in a tight time frame. Norm Armstrong was stellar in making it happen. He was thoroughly professional, and made sure he answered all my questions and explained paperwork/inspections with great customer service. His team worked remarkably safely and quickly, making sure they cleaned up as they went. The quality of work was outstanding. Prep, demolition and execution went completely as planned. Noise was managed to accommodate the neighbors, too. I could not be more pleased with the results, and the price was very reasonable, especially since there were other contractors working on the house that the roofing team had to work with and around constantly while onsite. I contacted High Point Roofing and another roofing company in San Mateo for a re-roofing quotation 2 weeks ago. Both companies had 5 star on Yelp and their quotations were very close. I selected High Point since they are located in Half Moon Bay near my house.

I told Norm that I want the roofing dine by the end of June. Norm promised that will be no problem. He started on June 13 and finished June 14 in the afternoon. They did a very nice job, on time and cleaned up after they finished. I am happy with this company and recommend them to my friends.

In September Norm and his team came in and re-roofed my house, and replaced about two feet of plywood around the perimeter of the entire house. There was some dry-rot around the perimeter and some rafters needed to be touched as well. Along with it there was some stucco work that had to happen and replacement of vent grilles.

I cannot say anything negative about Norm's organization. Every day guys were neat and organized and left the jobsite clean. Everyone was professional and try to minimize disturbance. It was very much appreciated. Norm was very good from the very start, thorough and attentive. He was very personal about this and in general treated me as a customer as the project with respect and care. This is very critical.

Work was fast and in the end everything appears to be good. I waited for some rains to come through to make sure roof is in good order before writing this review. So far so good. We had some good rains this season and not a sign of any leaks.

I am happy to recommend Norm and his team after this positive experience.
