Horrible. Moved my appointment back several times and then just didn't show up. Wouldn't even return my call when I tried to reach them to see if they still wanted the job. Do yourself a favor AND DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. The worst!!!!

We had our roof replaced by HPR in August 2017, due to hail damage. We went with them because they assured us that they would also handle all supplemental repairs (gutters, staining, paint, etc.) so that we wouldn't have to worry about it. A few days into the roof install, the crew left with no explanation, the unfinished roof was exposed and a rain storm was coming. I had to call them and they explained that they sent the crew to another project because they ran out of shingles. They didn't believe me that the roof was exposed until I sent them pictures. Multiple storms came, then comes the water intrusion into the house. I ended up crawling around my attic with the only person from HPR who wasn't out of town, trying to identify the source of the leaks for multiple days; through multiple storms. The roof was incorrectly installed and it caused severe water damage to our home, including buckling hardwood floors and mushed dry walls on both stories, etc. Our project manager was out of town on multiple trips, even though he assured us he would personally oversee the roof work. We had to deal with the owners directly, but they couldn't figure out where the leaks were and were going to simply give up. They suggested we get another roofer over to repair our roof... They also said it was probably a preexisting issue, even though our home was dry inside before they replaced the roof.. After I insisted they try harder to fix the leak, and as they were walking away to leave, I had them do a water leak test which identified the leak. Thus, the nightmare continues. A disaster recovery service installed 15 massive fans and dehumidifiers that droned on for a week and got us very sick. At this point we were on our own to repair all the damages and spent several months and hundreds of hours of our time to find contractors, negotiate pricing, and work with multiple insurance companies and loss adjusters to repair our home. It took five months of our lives to deal with this. During this time HPR sent us a bill for a lump sum with no line items describing what was even completed. There was no empathy, and certainly no apology. I wouldn't wish this on anyone, which is why I'm writing this review.

Doug and Chris came out and fixed leaking roof. Very prompt and courteous. Several contractors before HPR tried to fix the issue but were unable to locate the source of the leak.

Jaime Michel, (Cell: 214 540 2163; [email protected]; ) was our project manager. He was very professional and friendly. He answered our questions, brought samples, and gave us a good idea of what the process would be and timed everything accordingly. We needed some painting work done due to water damage through the old roof and that was completed by them as well. The roof and ceiling look great. We are very happy with the company and would definitely use them again.

High Performance inspected my roof and indicated that a new roof was needed and the fence needed to be refurbished (power-washed and re-stained). Filed a claim with insurance and the High Performance rep was here to meet with the claims adjuster. Adjuster indicated the same thing. Discussed some options with the rep (to have gutters added) and emailed him a copy of the adjusters report. He emailed back that he received it. After eight days I emailed the rep to see if an estimate was ready, no response. Two days later I called the rep who seemed surprised that I hadn't been contacted by the gutter company to get some info needed for the estimate. He indicated that he would contact the main office and get back with me. Another eleven days with no response, I called the rep again, he was at an appointment and indicated he would give me a call when he was done. Ten days later, still no call back. Thirty days total and still no estimate. Returned their advertising sign that has been in my yard for the last six weeks. Time to find someone who wants to do the work.

I had the best experience working with High Performance!! I had both hail damage and a water leak on my roof which required the entire roof and gutters to be replaced. After meeting with Brad and his team, they quickly provided me with an estimate after the inspection and worked with my insurance company for processing the claim. Not only were they quick in getting the work completed and cleaning up, they exceeded my expectation in their level of professionalism and follow-up. From their customer service, sales team and variety of products and services that they offer, they can't be beat.

I'm pleased to recommend High Performance Restoration. We worked with Donnie to repair hail damage to our roof, gutters, fence, window screens and beading, and external air conditioning unit. Donnie was very knowledgeable about the insurance claims process and managed all of our projects to completion. The workers were well-managed and cleaned up nicely. Our home looks great!
