Firstly, this is my second roof due to hail damage since buying the house. This experience was dramatically different.

Paul W. Handled my latest replacement of the roof, gutters, windows, and screens as well as the minor things that needed to be done.
I actually enjoyed working with him, he's knowledgeable, strait forward and honest.
I had many questions and he was quick to respond to anything that came up.
The roofing team and the subs that did the work were great and left my home better than it's been in years. My first roofer cut corners, didn't do a great job and Paul made sure I knew exactly what they were doing and why.
The folks at HP front office made sure that the insurance company was informed and all the negotiations for a job done right were taken care of.
I will not hesitate to call them and more specifically Paul when I need anything done.
It's unnerving to say the least when 20 people a day knock on your door after a storm like we had. So get ahead of it.
No stone was unturned, no call was unreturned, no email and no question unanswered. And the roof and house look great.

Be very cautious when doing business with Brad! He put a lien on my property illegally and is refusing to remove the lien even though he realizes the way he filed it is fraudulent!

Also, they did an absolutely wonderful job with our roof! Their team was amazing, they were professional, hard working and did an awesome quality job!
Also, If anything wasn't done quite right, Adam had it fixed immediately! He was always quick to respond and never needed to be reminded of anything!
