After promising two times to come see the work to be done to give an estimate, they failed both times with no forewarning. Also ignored a text message sent. Apparently customer service and satisfaction matters very little to them. I will not call them again, ever.

Jorge and his team were awesome! These guys started and finished a 2 day job on time and with quality. Jorge is very friendly and knowledgeable. I had over several other companies come to my house to give me an estimate and evaluate my roof and my neighbors roof and Jorge was the only one who took the time to go on top of the roof and explain the best and worst scenario. I would refer them and use them again for any roofing services.

I highly recommend High Level Handyman for any roofing repairs to facia and more.. I hired them to repair some major wood rot to our patio flat deck roof and it was an excellent experience. The owner, Jorge Alvarez, was professional, responded quickly for an estimate, and gave a fair & competetive price. He also helped coordinate the schedule with my screen company to remove the patio screen enclosure from the wood temporarily, and then return to re-affix the frames. I used Sunshine Screen & Patio for that and they were excellent too. I must say that High Level roofing crew showed up on-time, worked diligently and respectfully, and cleaned up the area when through. They returned the next day, as promised, to finish up the painting of the new wood. Again, they were punctual and completed the work to my satisfaction. I also had them do some additional tear out of rotted wood at the front of the house, and when it was suggested that the gutters be replaced, I agreed, and they performed the gutter installation immediately and did a very good job.

Great customer service and a honest business. Jorge showed up and gave me a estimate and a honest inspection of my roof. He also explained to me what were my options. I had multiple leaks around the property that were fixed in a timely matter. I highly recommend Jorge and his team if you need to service your roof.

I took a chance and called to have my parents roof fixed for a sale and inspection.
Jorge the owner showed up the next day gave me the estimate. Due to the hurricane. We had to postpone the original date ..as soon as the storm
Passed he showed up ..he had 2 guys working on everything..they were respectful and worked clean...they cleaned up
And swept after the job and even painted what needed to be painted to match the rest of house after the repair. The work was very satisfactory and passed the 2nd inspection with flying colors. Jorge is very personable, easy to work with and professional. Thank you!

Gorge answered my request for a quote right away and showed up on time. Unfortunately I need a reroof and he doesn't do that type of work. I can't rate him on work, but he was professional and prompt in responding to my request and assessing my situation. That is more than I can say about some of the people I have dealt with recently in this type of business.
