Amazing Father and Son team! I was in a bind, my tenants were moving in the next day and I needed a leak repaired right away. Ricky was fantastic, responded immediately and continued communicating til the job was done. They were fast, honest and extremely fair in terms of price. I cannot say enough good things. Ricky hooked me up! I had 2 leaks that he fixed in a few hours. He also repaired some times and left my roof looking much better than when he came. Great communication and very very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a roof repair.

The owner who answered the phone was friendly and she had someone go see my house for a quote ASAP since I had a leak and it was raining a lot. I was contacted first by a man who said he would come out to see me. Then later I get a call from another man named Donaldo who was coming to give me a quote. 1st problem there was that the owner should have called me to let me know someone different was coming over. She contracted this man Donaldo Araque, who gave me his business card with his company info: ""ARPIZ PAINTING & WATERPROOFING INC."" I was expecting a card that said ""Hialeah Roofing Repair"". That made me wonder if he was legit. He got up on my roof and as soon as he climbed up he said ""off course, you have a big hole right there"" and he explained what he was going to do and he would charge me $1500. When I said that I just didn't have that type of money, he said, ""okay, I'll leave it to you for $900, 50% now and 50% when I finish the job"". I told him I was going to try to get the money and I would let him know. I researched and I didn't find anything on him except the Facebook page for his company with a 5 star review by his partner who appears in the Sunbiz Corporation Documents of that company. I climbed up on the roof and I had to remove tons of dirt and leaves in order to get to where the problem was, yet he told me something without really looking deep into where the problem was and he has the ordacity to charge me all that without even knowing what the problem really was. I'm sure he would have found the problem eventually and fixed it, but after charging me so much. I did some more research and found a good HONEST company who was able to tell me exactly where the problem was coming from and charged me only $350. So I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIALEAH ROOFING REPAIR nor ARPIZ PAINTING AND WATERPROOFING INC. If the actual Hialeah Roofing Repair works good, then she shouldn't hire contractors who will make her company look bad and dishonest. Or is Hialeah Roofing Repair a referral company who contracts others to do the job and get a cut of the price of the job?

This company replied quickly and came out to check out the roof the same day. I was expecting a high bill, however, once they inspected the roof they showed my husband what patches needed to be sealed. I really appreciated their quick response with zero run around. I just want to add that I contacted other roofing companies in the recommended list and I'm still waiting for the initial quote reply, so thanks again guys!
