I cannot recommend Jonathan and his team high enough! We had a new AC unit installed less than a year ago, but with the first rain our tile roof began to leak. As luck would have it the pan under the AC unit needed to be replaced and re-plumbed on our 40+ year old condo. This repair required having the unit removed by crane, the repair done and then the unit placed back on the roof.
Jonathan and his team completed the work, showed up when they said they would and even came back on early Saturday morning to do a tweak. Fabulous service!!

Jonathan At Hi-Tech Roofing Services did some work for the company I worked for. I ask him if he could take a look at my roof because it was due for a reroofing job. Jonathan came by looked over everything and gave me a quote. The quote was less than the one i got 2 years prior. they came out did a complete tear off and install job. went over everything he needed to do and then i also added a few things i wanted done. they were in and out in not time. all messes where clean up immediately and too did a few extra things for me with no extra charge. was a great experience and will be having Jonathan do a heating and air conditioning heating pack in the near future. treat team of workers could not ask for any better.

An attempt to save resources & time.
I noticed WRONG DOING throughout the job.

Out of concern, conversations with both roofing crews occurred with follow-up phone calls to this contracted company. This company's work ethic & activities easily go un-noticed by the proper authorities.

The company hired another group of individuals for assistance with the old roof tear off; easier, faster, & not mentioned on the original roof contract? After I asked for access I climbed the ladder to the roof on both tear off & install. I witnessed this company's electrical theft from the 220amp air conditioning electrical supply during new roof installation. The company work trucks brought workers, tools, & 120amp power supplies that feature multiple electrical sockets. These sockets are similar to electrical sockets a vacuum cleaner is plugged into on interior building walls. One power supply has an electrical extension cord for strategic electricity location on the roof top. The power supply's extension cord plug (metal blades) is removed. The extension cord now has bare wire for connection to a 220/240amp electrical supply jack on the roof. The company's custom electrical set-ups were weathered just like normal roofing tools & used to supply electricity illegally to multiple high wattage heat guns, radios, etc. Proof is in the pudding = PG&E electrical spike, company record, & brain.

Electrical generators are used for work site electricity.
Electrical supply was not covered on the original contract.
Guesstimate until noticed: 2 days worth of electricity was paid for by different renters for this roofing contract from separate power sources not belonging to the contracted company.

These words are NOT hearsay, incorrect, racist, nor hateful. I am not, nor will ever be a customer of this company. I am not, nor will ever be an employee of this company. I do not appear to be, but am a professional ex-roofer & blue collar worker. I do not take kindly to unwelcomed disrespect, thievery, hypocrite workers, and cheating business owners in the UNITED STATES.

P.S. readers, I stopped this theft after a heated exchange, turned my stomach. Very strange response from this crew like nothing was wrong and respect them? I was then asked to leave the rooftop because of this company's insurance. On the ground hour or so later worker came down for small-talk, go figure... All work stopped, generators powered up and work continued to completion. Truth.

I left work 1 1/2 hours early, found alternate transportation for my kiddo for his after school activities. They called once saying theyd be late. Then they never showed. Missed hours from my pay check and had someone go out of their way to take my child to practice when I should've been the one to take him. A courtesy call would have been nice to say the tech couldnt make it. Something. Horrible service. Wont be calling them again. No ""high tech"" in their business.
