The owner Philip received the money from my dads insurance company almost a full year ago. The owner doesn't care at all about taking care of his customers, and evidently takes advantage of the elderly. After roughly 6-7 months of my dad attempting to get him out to complete the work and calling the owner non stop daily. Being fully ignored by calls and texts. We're almost coming up on year and the work has not been completed. I recently tried to contact him myself and had to go through 4 different phone numbers and he blocked every single one I called on. Philip is committing malpractice and should not be given any business at all. Insurance companies should not recommend a scammer and you should NOT hire Hi-Tech Disaster and Recover because they WILL screw you over. Now I'm in contact with my lawyer to get things moving. DO NOT work with these scammers. Will be reporting to the better business bureau as well. Hope not getting a $3000 job done is worth all of this trouble your causing for your business. Good luck getting new customers.

Don't Use Them!!!! Hi-Tech Disaster was recommended by the plumber who repaired my water heater. Mr. Morris came out with one laborer, who tore up my floor quickly, but left in a pile of debris for me to dispose of, and never came back to finish the clean-up he promised to complete. He hooked up six loud fans for a tiny hall area, my 86 y/o mother didn't sleep for 3 days. Mr. Morris took my deposit, said he's worked with my insurance co. very well and would keep my updated. He never invoiced or called my insurance company. My insurance called me, I gave them his contact phone and email, he didn't respond to them. He called me claiming he hadn't heard from my insurance. He, finally called them almost 2 months after the damage and found out they released the money to my account and is now asking for payment. He did a half-a-- job and wants payment.

Over the holidays my property in Killeen flooded from a broken water heater. On my way I called a couple of places and was unable to get someone out. Finally I called Hi Tech and Phil said he would come out and evaluate the situation for free.

Phil came out and looked over the damaged areas within an hour he had a small crew out to perform the dryout and kept the demo to a minimum because all of his hi tech equipment that was able to dry my place out.

He worked with my insurance company and the whole thing was hassle free for me.

There is a little bit of construction but since Im in the remodeling business I will be able to take care of it myself.

Thanks to Phil and his employees for coming out xmas eve and preventing further damage.

The employes of this company have no work skill and no clue to what they're doing. All they knew how to do was plug a fan!
The owner Philip could care less about the workmanship his employes provide. He never bothered coming back to inspect the work.
Very disappointed in the job he did for my mom! Philip is rude, unprofessional and condescending! He's really good at getting naive, middle aged woman to sign his contract, take all the insurance money and do a crappy job. I had a back and forth battle with the man until he sent someone contracted to fix the work. That guy even said what a horrible job was done!! Just pathetic.
Not sure how to post pictures of the horrible job they did but I will if I can.
