I was happy with the job they did. The workers arrived on time and worked straight through the day to finish replacing my roof in one day. Be careful with Hi Def because they only do exterior work and they hire a subcontractor, who can do it for cheap price. I called Hi Def Exteriors for an estimate for interior damage and Ismael did not tell me until later they only do exterior.  Ismael hired a subcontractor Yepez Painting Exterior and Interior to complete the repairs in the kitchen.   The subcontractors job was lousy, they worked one day for 2 hours and did not come back until after a week.  The subcontractor plumber damage the water pipe that caused water damage to the wall, cabinets and floor area.  I called Ismael and he accepted responsibility and paid the damage ""at a discounted price"" and told me he would pay for the two water damage cabinets and said he will pay for the cabinets ""it's the cost of doing business."" He did not keep his word.

Five stars! Very positive experience from start to finish on my roof and fence. They were on time, they did exactly what they promised, they suggested things, but there was no hard sell or pressure to upgrade and they worked with my insurance company so I ended up with less out-of-pocket than I originally expected. I'm very pleased with the quality of work. Great group of people to work with that I will fully recommend and would work with again.

Customer service like I none other. Ismael came out to look at our roof to determine if we had any hail damage which he determined there was. He was here when our insurance adjuster came out to walk thru determining what would be covered and to assist them with any questions they may have. He stayed and explained what was going on so we would understand. Ismael then walked us thru our next steps and was always willing to listen to any questions we had. Our insurance took longer than I expected but he checked back in periodically and offered to call them. Once they settled I called him and we had our new roof, gutter and skylight within in the next couple of weeks. I can't recommend them enough.

They rebuilt and painted my chimney and fixed damage to the exterior of my house. Looks better than new.

I messed up the schedule which put some obstacles in their way, they worked right through it with a smile. Generous, kind, and hard working.
