Jeff Hightower entered the industry as a 15-year-old in high school working seasonal work with his dad, who was the foreman for Stedman Enterprises. At a young age, he gained experience with several expert tradesmen in diverse areas of commercial and residential construction. Fresh out of high school, he went to the West Coast and worked with his dad in San Rafael developing multi-family units for Stedman. As time passed, he refined a skill set that competed with his competition. Swiftly, he set his targets and successfully achieve them. He succeeded in the building trade, becoming a expert builder and constructor of apartment complexes and tailored residences. He then opted to try into business building while maintaining his home building operations. Simultaneously, he studied under a master of the craft. He gained the skills needed to start his own company in 2007 in the state of Colorado, making a significant difference on the front range before returning to the Lone Star State in 2014.
