We contacted HGC for a leaking roof. They came out, gave us a quote for the roof repair and since they don't just do roofing, we got a quote for some damage indoors due to the leaking. We felt the price was fair and once they got started, they were super fast. They even found some broken shingles that they offered to replace. They sealed them while we considered replacing. And once we decided, they were done the very next day. The area that was damaged indoors appears brand new and there are no signs there was ever any damage there. I would definitely use them again.

Not sure what is going on with this company but do not use them under any circumstances.
They did some work for us in the summer and seemed to do a good job. We asked for an estimate on additional work and when we tried to contact them to go ahead with the work, they completely ghosted us. We then discovered that part of the work done over the summer was not of the quality we expected.
We called at least 4-5 times and emailed 3 times before reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. The BBB contacted us to say the company never responded to numerous requests for comment on our complaint.

I would definitely recommend this company. They returned calls, texts and scheduled a quote within hours.
They showed up exactly when they said they would. They provided photos and explained what needed to be done. Great customer service and the price we believe was reasonable.
