Update: I received a call from Abraham early this month asking to personally inspect the roof. He came out the next day, found a few issues, sent out his team to fix them, and came back a week later to make sure it was done to his standards. He also said I can call him directly for any issues. I'm revising my review to reflect this above-and-beyond approach to addressing mistakes. They happen; so far, Hexagon has fixed them.

While helping my dad choose a roofing contractor for his home on the west side, we had a few different contractors come out to give us a bid. I found Hexagon on Yelp and spoke with Stephanie who was able to send Christopher out the next day. Not only was Chris very patient and helpful in explaining everything. He even helped physically remove some of the scary hanging tiles (one of which had broken my mother's windshield during the wind storms). Very knowledgeable and patient. I never once felt pressured and even appreciated him checking in throughout the process. Thanks Hexagon! 10/10!

We worked with Hexagon to replace a section of our roof that was having some leaks. From start to finish, Hexagon was fantastic to work with. In particular I want to thank Tom for making this project a breeze, his constant communication kept me informed and confident in the work. Also a shout out to the guys working at a very steep pitch. I highly recommend Hexagon, and am pleased with the quick and thorough work that Leo and his team did. I reached out to Hexagon, as I received a note from my insurance on 12/16/24, saying that my home insurance policy was not going to be renewed due to the condition of our roof. Two days later, Leo stopped by and did a complete inspection of the roof, as well as the attic. He provided a detailed report with plenty of photos later that day. While he concluded that the roof was in good condition and structurally sound, he did make some recommendations (power washing to remove dry lichen, patch up areas of granular loss, and cut open a couple of valleys to allow for improved water drainage). Even though the roof was in much better shape than what the insurance company was assuming, I wanted to play it safe, as it would be difficult to shop for another company that would insure us in the fire-risk area that we are in. Thus, I agreed to have Leo's team came over that weekend to work on those improvements. They finished the job in a few hours, and Leo provided an updated report the following Monday 12/23/24. Report was submitted to the insurance company later that week, and they eventually rescinded the non-renewal decision.

In short, I would not hesitate to reach out to Hexagon again for any future roofing needs, and thank Leo and his team for the amazing work they did.

I did a major roof overhaul and Hexagon was brilliant. Tom kept me informed daily with constant pictures and explanations--addressed questions instantly and was a great guide. Luis and his workers were outstanding. Super hard working, detail oriented, no BS. Every question I had Luis would explain why they did it that way, and why I had so many leaks before. They constantly cleaned up after themselves and were extremely polite. Would recommend wholeheartedly. Thanks Tom and Luis and all the 5 guys on roof!

Alan and the Hexagon Roofing team are rockstars. Hexagon Roofing has replaced my entire underlayment and enhanced the reliability of my roof for many decades to come.

During the initial assessment and estimate stage, Alan has been nothing but honest. He has such technical awareness and knowledge of the issue and exactly how to attack the problem.
He was able to assess root cause, provide corrective actions and identify additional changes that will prevent future occurrences of the issue and similar issues.

Alan worked with me on a few different trade options on how I would be able to afford the fixes and also look at various coverage of the fix and additional correctio ns that would be well within price range. As such, I have opted for the most coverage of fixes that guarantees further enhancement to our roof. I am beyond satisfied of the overall value.

The contracts and finance team were able to happily work with me on payment and in some cases, partial payments and scheduling accommodations. Thank you, of course, to Alan for acting as my agent in those instances.

The team on the roof are the hardest working personnel I have ever seen. They came in early to start work and left the premises, each day, clean and maintained. Alan provided me videos and photos of the work in progress. In some of the videos, they captured how detailed the team are handling the various tasks at hand. I could see that they were working with the common objective of giving me and my family the enhancement of the roof above our heads.

At the end of it all, the product and the work executed by the team is overly satisfactory. If you could just see the roof beforr and after, on top of all the additional replacements and enhancements done, you would also be impressed.

Although Hexagon is more expensive than other roofers I received quotes from, I am giving them five stars because of Tom Malol's responsiveness and customer service. They came out quickly when my regular roofer said it would be well over a month. They repaired a wood section of the roof that had water and termite damage and installed a drip edge, as well as replacing some Spanish tiles on our garage. I'm not an expert on roofing but it looks like the craftsmanship was solid and they cleaned up after themselves well when the job was done. They also send photos as the job is in progress. I'd definitely use them again!
