We live in a large house with a roof that is tile around the perimeter but flat in the middle, with access through our laundry room. Two weeks ago our house was tented for termites, and the company reported 56 broken tiles (they had warned us, although at the last minute). We have not had any problem with roof leaks and wanted to get the broken tiles fixed before the predicted El Nino rains begin. Over the weekend, I checked Yelp and on Monday called about 8 companies that had a 4.8 or higher rating and a significant number of reviews. Over the next 4 days, 4 companies sent reps who looked at the roof and gave us proposals for repairing the broken tiles and sealing joints around flashings etc. with mastic, as well as for larger jobs for some time in the future. We decided to go with Hexagon, whose specs and reviews were comparable to the other companies and whose bid was easily the lowest. Again, we were eager to repair the roof before the rains and were very pleased when Leo, who had done the inspection and sent the bid, called two nights ago to say that they could do the job yesterday, starting at 8:00 a.m. He said he would be there to get the crew started but wasn't able to make it and said Oscar would be in charge. Our 90% balance of payment was due on completion of the work, and I had anticipated that I would be able to inspect the work and have Oscar explain to me what the 4-man crew had done, including confirmation of the specs. Instead, Leo called at around 4 to say that the job had been completed and Leo was waiting out front. I had arranged to pay by check to avoid the 3% fee on credit card that I had paid with my 10% down payment, and rather than trundle my old body up the ladder to the roof right then (the crew used my extension ladder) I decided to trust Oscar with the payment and assurances that the work was good. Today I climbed up and found that all tiles and other work appear fine, although who am I to judge? I would have liked a clear explanation of the work done. At this point, then, I'm happy with the price, very happy that the work got done before the rains started, and hoping for the best.

I went through five different roofing companies before I decided on Hexagon roofing. The quotes were all over place and some of them did not seem to want the small job I was requesting. Along came Tom, the project manager to come out and give me a quote. He was on time if not early, showed me pictures of other jobs they were working on and was the only roofer to bring a folder with their insurance certificate, and other documents showing they were legit. He gave me a very fair price and were actually able to start the job way sooner than expected. His crew came in and went above and beyond. I am fully pleased with the results and am looking forward to the rain now and no leaks. Don't waste your time getting multiple bids, go with the professionals at Hexagon and get it done right the first time. I will use them when I am ready to reroof may entire house. Thanks Hexagon!

Thank you, Hexagon Roofing and especially Tom, our project manager, for an amazing job from beginning to end. Tom was on time for the initial consultation and did a thorough inspection of our roof. He was ready with pictures of what needed to be repaired and what the work should look like. He also had organized and itemized proposals ready. Communication with the entire company is very clear. They are responsive and on top of it!

Hexagon did amazing work and finished our repairs in a day. Tom checked-in with me throughout the entire process. I also appreciate his patience because I am not an expert on roofing, and he took the time to help me understand. After the work was done, I was sent a file of all the in-progress work and they took drone pics of the completed work as well! The work looks impeccable, and I feel secure heading into the rainy season.

My husband and I purchased our first home in 2022, a house built in 1929 and, before us, owned by one family for 30 years. The previous owner had done a lot of patch repairs on the roof himself, so after the rains in 2022/23 and the hurricane this summer, those smaller repairs no longer held and we had a massive leak on our hands. We contacted a few roofing companies, but most were not willing to physically come to our home to look at the leak and give us an estimate. Hexagon was the first company that came out, and Jared showed up promptly, equipped with a ladder and a drone. He spent some time on the roof, took pictures, and walked us through what was going on.

As first time home owners, we really appreciated that Jared was willing to take his time and talk us through everything. The issue was felt paper underlayment which was basically crumbling at this point, and the plywood beneath the roofing shingles was exposed and rotting. Jared gave us a few options, gave us a few quotes for those options, and encouraged us to get other quotes before making our decision.

Ultimately, we went with Jared and Hexagon because we felt that their price was fair, and they give you a 50 year warrantee for the materials and a 10 year warrantee on the labor, and we appreciated the time and care Jared took with us during our initial inspection.

Scheduling the job was a little stop and start, but once we got a time on the books, Jared and his team showed up, and replaced an entire section of our roof in one day. They even went out and got paint to match our house trim so that everything looked perfect, and they installed attic vents (which our attic DESPERATELY needed), that weren't even part of the initial quote. Jared's team took pictures of their work along the way, and while I wish the roofers had been a bit more communicative with us throughout the process (which we told Jared when he came to close out the job), their work was excellent. And the quote was accurate, no extra charges or hidden fees.

What's more, we had a small issue with one of our front porch tiles getting cracked in the process of debris coming off the roof, and Jared went above and beyond to make sure the tile was replaced before he would accept final payment for the job.

We're planning to have Hexagon and Jared come back to do another section of our roof that's not currently leaking, but has the same felt underlayment. I truly couldn't be happier with the work and customer service, and can't recommend Hexagon highly enough.

Very thorough inspection and assessment. Tom spent almost an hour on my roof looking for anything that could be causing leakage. He came down with a ton of photos and recommendations including which are immediate concerns all the way to not urgent but should consider. The other service providers spent about 10 minutes on the roof and came back with a lot less info, one came back without picture.

The price was very competitive and the workmanship was solid. I do recommend Hexagon Roofing

Hexagon was great.

i just needed the flashing around vents and pipes and other places like that to be re-sealed as the seal material was getting old and cracked and i would get small leaks dripping down through the space between the flashing and pipe.

A small job, so I was very impressed with Hexagon and their service.

Hexagon responded quickly to my quote request on Yelp Unlike others they did not demand i call them to set up an appointment (and the othes probably would force me to listen to a hard sell).

David came out, inspected what needed to be done, showed me pictures of the issues, did not try to push other work or services on me, gave me what i felt was a fair price, and did the work right then.

While i did not go up on the roof to check the work , he showed me some pictures and explained what he did and it all looked and sounded great.

Hexagon Roofing was the very best choice for our family rental property Roofing project. Jared Millen, Senior Estimator and Project Manager, provided answers to questions from THREE of us and was always prompt, polite, and clear. The on-line billing system was quick and easy. The schedule was interrupted by weather, but that was not a problem for us and they completed it on a weekend. We have 2 more roofs to do and we are pretty sure this is the company to do the work.
