We hired hexagon in march to repair a leak caused by what they explained was bad underlayment. Little did we know, we had to deal with a long process of inferior work. The quote called for replacement of underlayment on on side of the upper roof, replacement of drip edge, which was not done, replace flashing, which was not done, and replace up to 6 plywood, which none were supplied or used.

On the first visit, the company took out two rows of tiles and slide some underlayment under the tiles on top of the old underlayment and put the tiles back. They were in and out in 2 hours or so. We had to explain to the project manager Edwin that it was unacceptable. The old underlayment needed to be taken out and the new one put in and the reset of the quote they did not perform.

They came out the second time two weeks later. They did half the job then left. They were only there for 2 hours and they claimed family emergency. The way they left the roof, water still got in the house when it rained. They claimed to have waterproofed the area, apparently it wasn't since several rows of tiles were not installed. They then tell me they had to wait on additional tiles. After a couple days, the project manager Edwin would not respond so I contacted owner, Abraham. Abraham assured me it would get fixed. The next time they arrived and finished the last row of tiles but they were not properly placed, more tiles were cracked, they used mastic to repair some cracks, the ridge line was not proper, the tiles in one corner were not laying flat. The edge was not even at all. They were asked to come out again to fix the issues after contacting Abraham for a second time and he said the same thing. He assured us the tiles with mastic would get replaced and the ridge line fixed. He did address the fact they didn't match and offered to spray paint them. We gave him the benefit of the doubt and left it up to him if he thinks spray painting would make it look better. We were more concerned about the underlayment and tiles getting installed right and the flashing was done properly. Although the drip edge was not touched and the flashing was not replaced.

They came out that Saturday then said they will break more tiles if they go up there. They said they would come back the following day when they get additional tiles. We agreed. They should have had the tiles before Saturday. The following day, Sunday, they attempted to fix the ridge line, moved around tiles for them to lay flat but that is about all they did because we had pictures taken of the work and there were still tiles with mastic and broken tiles. We are not roofers but we still don't think the flashing is done right. They said if they have to repair the broken tile, it would break 15 more tiles because they were secured. Each time they came out we were riddled with nails and debris in the backyard. They semi clean the front yard. We ended up picking up after them in the backyard. To this day the issue is unresolved. 2 and a half months later still unresolved. I will be making complaints to BBB, license board, and any outfits we see fit. This type of repair is unacceptable. Would you pay 7k for this type of work and to have to tell them they did it wrong?

The roof of my house was leaking rain water in four places.

My home owner's insurance company told me I had a couple of months to replace my whole roof and it must be done by a licensed contractor or they were going to cancel my policey.

I really needed to find an honest roofing contractor that could replace my entire roof, do a great job and not charge me too much money.

Abraham and Jonathan were very helpful making sure my wife picked the correct style and color she was happy with for the clay tiles going on the roof.

Once the work began the Hexagon crew showed up on time every day and worked all day.

They replaced all the old rotton wood on my roof with brand new wood.

They also removed the old A/C unit off the roof and the new A/C unit was installed on the ground.

The roofers installed new clay tiles on my roof and it looks beatiful!

The technician's installed new rain gutter systems with metal screens to keep the gutters maintence free, I love it!

The Hexagon technician's removed the old HVAC system from my house and replaced it with a powerful new central heating and air conditioning system.

When they had finished the work on my home, my wife and I were very happy with the beatiful job they did for us.

My husband decided to fix our roof and we are usually super picky about companies we hire. From the first call Abraham was super welcoming and walked us through the process. The next day Hexagon team came to our house and did a free estimate. The price was so good compared to other companies and the guys were very gentle and asked me a couple times if the noise didn't bother me, since I am pregnant. They did a replacement pretty fast and we are super happy with their service. It's very rare when I leave a review, so trust me these guys are THE BEST

I was very fortunate to find hexagon roofing after a botched HVAC install that left me with a massive leak. Abraham came out fast and gave me a no BS opinion of the HVAC install and what it would take to fix the roof. The roof work was done fast and professionally they even made sure to match the shingles. Shortly after I posted this review, Abraham (the owner) contacted me to figure out how he could make this right.

He acknowledged mistakes that were made, and he offered to completely fix all of the issues I previously described and more. He got the flashing on both vents replaced and all vents repainted and sealed. This is exactly the work that needed to be done the first time around--I appreciate the quick resolution from the owner and it proves to me that he takes accountability for his company and make things right. Thank you!

I bought my place in 2020 and we knew the roof would need replacing sooner than later. Then, we got a ton of rain over the course of ten days which exposed a bad roof leak that caused minor interior damage.

I used Yelp to contact a few different roofers. Abraham messaged me right away and came that day to inspect my roof and view the damage. Him and his crew were on-site working quickly. I was told the job would take 4 days and that's exactly what it took. I was told it was going to be $16,000, and it was. No bs surprises or typical sleazy contractor behavior. Just good service, and honest work. I highly recommend.

I had been dealing with some leaks in our add on roof at the back of our house for a few years. I was having a very difficult time finding a roofing company to even come out to look at the problem. I had a few companies give me estimates but then had a difficult time booking them to actually come out and do the work. Edwin came out accessed the problem and gave me multiple options of various costs to fix the problem . I got a few other estimates some of which were a bit cheaper, but talking to Edwin I trusted their expertise and honesty. I was able to schedule the work and have it done with a few weeks. They were punctual, clean and courteous. I cannot recommend Hexagon roofing enough.
