After Stephanie responded to my Yelp request for a roofing repair and/or replacement, Tom contacted me and within a couple of days Aniceto provided a detailed estimate (that included photos). Tom sent his proposal to me via google.docs, and within a week, Jose and his crew removed the old T-Lock shingles on my house and separate garage and replaced them with new asphalt shingles. Tom also scheduled my Final Inspection with the City of LA.
