I highly recommend Hexagon, and am pleased with the quick and thorough work that Leo and his team did. I reached out to Hexagon, as I received a note from my insurance on 12/16/24, saying that my home insurance policy was not going to be renewed due to the condition of our roof. Two days later, Leo stopped by and did a complete inspection of the roof, as well as the attic. He provided a detailed report with plenty of photos later that day. While he concluded that the roof was in good condition and structurally sound, he did make some recommendations (power washing to remove dry lichen, patch up areas of granular loss, and cut open a couple of valleys to allow for improved water drainage). Even though the roof was in much better shape than what the insurance company was assuming, I wanted to play it safe, as it would be difficult to shop for another company that would insure us in the fire-risk area that we are in. Thus, I agreed to have Leo's team came over that weekend to work on those improvements. They finished the job in a few hours, and Leo provided an updated report the following Monday 12/23/24. Report was submitted to the insurance company later that week, and they eventually rescinded the non-renewal decision.

In short, I would not hesitate to reach out to Hexagon again for any future roofing needs, and thank Leo and his team for the amazing work they did.

Tom's crew did a wonderful repair on the roof over the course of two days. Each day they left the front lawn very clean, and we barely felt them while we were home and they were working on the roof.

Tom's explanation of the damage and necessary repairs was very clear and thorough. He provided me with a lot of clear pictures and spent a lot of time with me over the phone to ensure there were no surprises. His rates are very reasonable, and his team's work is wonderful.

Even though roof leaks are never a good sign for anyone, we have had a very pleasant experience with Tom, and I am sure he will be the first we go to for our roofing needs for this house - and the next one!
