I usually do not write reviews. But I write this for Hester roofing because Mr Hester did a great job. Our project was not the easy one. I interviewed 3-4 different companies, Hester roofing beat them all by price, rating, reviews and best result. I had a very easy honest (no games) start with Mr. Jeff Hester to sign the contract with the best price for the best tiles and job including some extra wood and iron work. We were installing solar panels at the same time which caused some hiccups. Mr Hester was very cooperative and solved the problems. He almost did all of our roof him self. He was present every day, paying attention to details. He made everything happened exactly the way we wanted.

I recommend this company and Mr Jeff Hester with no hesitation.

We had a leak in our roof right before Christmas and Jeff came out the same day to see what was going on. He fixed the problem the very next day after getting the right materials and his price was very fair. He also fixed some other things on our roof that he noticed along the way. He clearly has a ton of experience and did a great job resolving our issue really quickly. Despite all of the rain in the last 6 months we haven't had any further issues with our roof and leaks. We want to thank Jeff for an great job on repairing our roof in Riverside. Jeff is truly the honest hard working man that you would want to do a job like this. He went up on our roof located the leak explained how it happens and repaired it same day. He even went back to his house and got some roof tiles to replace our cracked ones. Very professional. Jeff came out for an estimate for a roof leak and gave me a verbal quote then never emailed me a written one. I tried texting and calling him for 2 weeks and he never responded. He disappeared. Very disappointing.

I don't do yelp reviews very often, but Jeff Hester was truly worthy of a 5 star review. I would give 10 stars if I could!!

I'm the type of person who believes in quality over ""who quotes me the cheapest"". I made numerous phone calls, but felt comfortable with jeff. VERY knowledgeable and honest. He came out in the rain!! In the rain people!! He came to do a temporary fix to limit the property damage to my house. The rain wouldn't let up, so he came out multiple times to ensure everything was okay. I didn't even have to call him. He was truly concerned as if the house was his own.

Once the weather he cleared up, he came out and fixed my roof in one day! The right way! I've had 2 previous roofers come out and never fixed the problem. They just put bandaids on the problem. Jeff went above and beyond.

My roof is perfect and I have piece of mind once again.

I can't come up with a single negative thing to say about the whole experience.

Jeff called me back The next day after I posted my yelp review. He apologize profusely and stated he never meant to leave me hanging it was just a big misunderstanding. He stated he was working a lot of jobs and got my number mixed up with another client. That being said he came out this morning to fix my roof at a great price. Mistakes happen with and it's how you respond to them that will show your character. Jeff made a right and I appreciate that... I will certainly recommend him to friends and family.

During last few weeks' rain we found out that we had a pretty bad leak in our garage and had to find a roofer ASAP. After reading all the reviews on yelp I was comfortable calling Hester Roofing and Jeff didn't disappoint.
He came down in the morning of Dec. 31st - it was raining on and off. He went up on the roof and inspected the whole roof, found 2 major leaks and several broken, missing, and sliding tiles. He took pictures, showed us and gave us a fair price and started working right away.
Jeff is an honest man and did a great job. We've asked him to come back and give us a quote on some trim work as well.

A leak, in my son's bedroom, that a previous roofer couldn't find last year became clearly evident when the rains and wind hit hard on my Corona home this year. I called a different roofer and scheduled a date and they stood me up. I called Hester Roofing, especially since they were local, and they came out within an hour. They patched my roof (since it was still raining) to stop the leak. The following morning (Christmas Eve), he came out at and fixed my roof permanently. He also found another leak over our garage that we didn't know about and fixed many other broken parts of the roof. He was professional, fair and prompt! He saved us.
