I purchased a home in 2020. Marquis homes was the builder. Herzog roofing was the company they used. A year and a half later the roof is leaking. I call the person that is in charge of any problems with home. (Yvette Putnam.) when you talk to her she acts like any money spent for repairs comes out of her pocket( very very rude woman) Anyway she tells me that Herzog roofing will not take responsibility for leaks in roof and say because i put solar on roof warranty is no longer valid. I had pics taken of roof where leak is coming from. Opposite side of solar by the way. If you are a contractor or having any roof issues do not use Herzog roofing. They take no pride in the quality of their work. Here are pics i took.

A few years ago Darrell Herzog came and redid our ancient roof. He was reasonable, accomodating, and efficient. His workers were fast and clean. Our roof looks fantastic...fast forward to the storm today and I noticed a leak. Darrell was at my house in less than 30 minutes, up on the roof diagnosing and fixing the problem. We had solar panels put on last year and I am sure they were the cause of the small issues but nevertheless Darrell fixed it and our roof is once again 100%!! My husband and I have referred Herzog Roofing to many friends and neighbors and we will continue to do so!!

Reroof went well from start to finish. Job only took four days with an outstanding finished product and cleanup. Definitely would recommend this company.
