We had our roof replaced by Hero this week and they went above and beyond. We worked with Brandon who beat other companies prices by THOUSANDS of dollars. I am not talking one or two, but almost $10,000.
They were easy to work with on scheduling and answered all of our questions. We even went to the office and Nick the owner was kind enough to help us pick our color when we were nervous about picking the wrong color, even let us take some large samples home.
The day of our roof install Zach and the crew did an amazing job. They not only got the roof up, but the area around the home was cleaned really well and nothing was damaged in the install including a small tomato plant next to the house I was worried about.
We highly recommend them for a professional, quality and great value roof company. Thanks so much Hero Roofing!

Overly aggressive with unlawful solicitation.

My neighborhood has strict no solicitation with clear signage. Three guys showed up at my door . When I asked was it a sales pitch, they said, ""no it is an inspection"". If you did not install my roof, it is not an inspection.

When I told them I was not interested as I was selling my house one said very rudely, ""you think you can sell a house with a roof like that"".

This company takes advantage of women and Nick (The Owner) is trying to embezzle money from me. A tree fell on my home from Hurricane Zeta last year and my property was inspected twice. Once by the inspector from my insurance company and the other was both a public adjuster and a neutral inspector from my insurance company. I was kept in the dark about the fees and price for the Roof. Nick did this in order to commit insurance fraud by overpricing my insurance company while insisting on a deductible that I don't owe because he owes me $1,200. I never knew how much it cost to get my roof done until my insurance company gave me a HUGE check. That payment included a new roof, tree removal. new ceiling in the 2nd room that suffered from water damage and roof repair in the 3 room. After the inspection I paid out of pocket in cash $1,200 to have the tree that fell on my roof removed. My insurance company told me that the check I endorsed to Hero Roofing (Which legal name is Roofing Hero) covered that price for the tree and they should reimburse me. Nick is harassing me for a deductible that I don't owe. He refuse to reimburse me for the $1,200 and now want more money for a fake warranty. This company is corrupt and they only do this to women because we don't know better. Men never have this problem with him because they are kept informed about the price throughout the process. I was not given that opportunity. Well, I am taking this time to warn women. Don't be a victim like me. Never allow a company to make a deal with your insurance company while leaving you out of the loop. I was patient with this man until he begin to make threats. Now I'm considering contacting a lawyer if I don't get reimbursed for the money that I'm owed from my insurance company.

EDIT - I am responding to Nick's reply. I want everyone who's reading this to know that the TRUTH is not slander. The TRUTH is not defamation. My experience is the truth and I can prove in court. I too have copies of the pictures that Stone sent me from my roof. I will get letters from other roofing companies to counter your false claims about the tree not hitting my home. (thanks for that information). This rest of his statement was addressed in my original review. I stand by my statement that this company take advantage of women. I have unhinged emails from Nick after I complained about his lack or communication and keeping me in the dark about the proceedings and cost. I feel that this would have never been done to me if I was a man. But this has indeed been a learning experience that I want other women to learn from.

Quick and responsive to our needs. They came and gave a free estimate and then came to complete the work ASAP (even though we didn't have an emergency). A few weeks later, a tornado damaged several homes within a few hundred yards of our home and they came back to our home to check and make sure no damage was sustained. They have been friendly and professional from the beginning. Would highly recommend this company for roofing needs.

Hero Roofing was referred to me and from start to finish ( roofing installation) my experience was beyond Satisfaction. Nick^ ( my key point contact) was well manored, well knowledgeable, well professional and well supportive during the entire process with my New Roof installation.
The work was professionally done and timely from our first meeting. They ( the crew ) were very careful and mindful of my property, my walkways and my yard shrubs ( which were all protected).. Upon completing from the installation work, the cleanup was completely thorough. Hero Rooing provides Examplary Customer satisfaction.

Hero roofing was referred to us when we discovered we were going to have a new roof so we called and got such a quick response to any questions we had. Nick came out and gave us an estimate right on the spot!!! We had 3 other companies to come out to give us an estimate but once they left we NEVER heard from them AGAIN!! We are so pleased with the professionalism of this family-owned busand are anxious to get started getting a brand new roof. We KNOW it is gonna look great!!!

UPDATE: They came yesterday and completed the job in one day....it looks absolutely fabulous!! They tore off 2 or 3 layers, replaced all rotten wood and then put on 34 squares in record time. They then cleaned up all of the dubris. We are very pleased with their work and would recommend them to anyone needing roofing.
