We thought we had a roof leak, and reached out to Alex. He was on our roof six hours later, carefully inspected everything, and told us that the roof was fine but that the chimney box was cracked and allowing water in.

He could have easily charged us for a roofing fix we didn't need but instead took the time to uncover the true problem. Great communication, and we'd absolutely do business with him again.

Honesty, coming on time, great communication and reasonable. What more can I say except I have had one of the best experiences with Alex and Hernandez Roofing. Originally I gave him 5 stars because he looked at my home roof and told me it was fine (he could have told me I need a new one). He could have made money and didn't. This is such a great character to have when one owns a business. Today he replaced my garage roof. They have worked very hard, have been neat and even painted the trim that needed to be replaced. Looking forward in a few years to having my home roof repaired by Alex. Just WOW!

Sadly after 2 years my roof leaked again. Called Alex and sent several texts with no response after he said he'd call me back to schedule an appointment. I assume after he realized it was not a new job, he was not interested in helping. Now I am unsure if they provide any warranty on their work. Be careful.

Alex from Hernandez Roofing replied very quickly to my request for quote to repair a leak I had around my chimney and to repair dry wall inside the home. He was very professional, quick, and thorough on estimate. He ended up making a custom flash around the chimney that came out beautiful. The inside dry wall was repaired perfectly and could not even tell there was damage. This was all with a very reasonable cost. I am forever now going to be a customer with Alex. He will be doing a complete new roof replacement on another home for me next spring. Much thanks Alex and team!!!
