I was hearing rattling on an old skylight (on a new roof, put in by another company I would never go back to) and Alex was here within a day even though it wasn't an emergency. He was able to secure the loose piece with a screw, plus give me piece of mind that I didn't have a major issue. And, when I asked him how much I owed, he waved me off. Wow, who does that these days?! I know for sure where I'm going for any future roof or skylight work!

Hernandez Roofing responded to our request within 30 minutes and was there to do an estimate same day. We had an adjuster out earlier who quoted us something much higher and more in depth than what was really needed. The work was done within a week and we couldn't be happier with the results. Called Alex about removing a piece of gutter flashing that was causing problems and he removed it same day and also made sure the tiles around it were still in good shape. Thanks Alex!

Called Alex and he was able to come out the same day and fix an issue with a vent seal that was letting water into the house

Alex came out originally for a gutter quote, but it turned out to be good timing because we also had an unexpected roof leak. He was quick in responding and was able to accommodate a visit within 24 hours of contacting him. With the heavy rains approaching, he managed to diagnose the issue, fix and seal it, and also provided a quick evaluation of the rest of our roof as well. Another atmospheric river is on the way, so we're hoping the leak is now fixed, but time will tell. Overall, we're happy with the service we received from Alex and will definitely give him a call for any of our future roof needs.
