I was told the plants that this company broke during the re-roofing would be reimbursed to me at the end of the job. They lied and have not done this.

Hernandez Roofing replaced the roof on my last house in 2019 when no one else was willing to do it. They did a great job! I've just had then replace the roof on my current house and, once again, they did a wonderful job. My neighbors have commented on how good the roof looks. The price was very fair. The roof passed inspection with no problems.
They also arrived punctually and did cleanup before they left. Even in a very rainy period, they organized to finish the job on dry days.
Maria and Cesar (Hernandez) are lovely people.
If you read the previous reviews, I suggest you ask Maria about them.

Great service and amazing job. We hired Hernandez Roofing to install a new roof in our new home that we just purchased. They did it for a great price and we love our new roof. The home looks better than it did. I would totally recommend them.

I hired Hernandez Roofing in 2023. I paid them $25,800 for the job to be completed and up to code and Maria the owner told me ""it's my problem"" and won't do anything to comply with code in my county.

During there time at my home they also broke in when I wasn't there and never completed the job that was paid for. I have tried multiple times to fix this with Maria but she still responds ""it's my problem"" and now blocked me not wanting to resolve anything that is why I am posting here. She will lie any way possible. I am not a roofer that is why I hired a licensed roofer and this is how they treated me.

BEWARE!! This company is awful and they will tell you that they do their best to accommodate you but they do not!! She's a liar and her husband Cesar also doesn't do the job they leave a mess and expect you as a homeowner to clean up and repaint if you have too. Maria is also running and is involved with the account ""Chris F"" and leaving herself positive reviews ( which is below) and going after my business because she won't admit her wrong doing. There is also another woman named CARLA calling me on blocked harassing me!! I been in contact with the contractors board as well and a case is open. You have been warned!! Very unprofessional. I would never hire them again!!

These folks did not install products up to code.. when we reached out to them to let them know their job did not pass inspections and ask them to come fix the work they would not take accountability, nor will they come fix things that came up the inspectors found.

It sounds like your trying to group me with another claim against you.. I have no clue what your talking about...you just competed work for our corporation. Probably call Sonoma County Licensing as well as the Bbb.. all complaints against you are listed..
