These guys did an incredible job. They came recommended and they lived up to the task. Although it had not been leaking, my new insurance company demanded a new roof and I had to completely have my house reroofed in a short period of time . It was a big job with solar removal and replacement but they had the best reasonable quote and worked hard on this to get it done for me.

I had large water damage stains in three rooms in our (new to me) Rancho Mirage home (1990s construction). I got several bids, one of which told me I needed to spend 25K and replace all the roof underlayment! I read more Yelp reviews and looked around. Eventually I talked to Raul from Hernandez Roofing. I sent Raul a home inspection report which included drone photographs of my roof and he responded saying that he would need to look in person, but that he suspected that the underlayment was probably not the cause of the three leaks we had found. Raul was able to repair my tile roof for way less than the other estimates that I received ( only $1850).

He got the job done in two visits. I would be happy to recommend Hernandez Roofing to a friend or family member.

We were looking to put a new roof on our manufactured home. We talked to several people but none were licensed contractors. My wife happened to see one of the Hernandez Roofing trucks and took down their information. Best luck ever. They came out the same day and looked it over and gave us an estimate. It went very fast after that. They got the permit in one day. They also helped us fill out all the information for our property management requirements. They took off the shingles in one day and another day to put on the new ones. There were very nice and very efficient. They cleaned up all the debris and the final result was beautiful. Hernandez Roofing works with you all the way. Just a great team of people. I would recommend them to anyone.

Hernandez Roofing just finished reroofing our 1950s era home with asphalt shingles. It was a great experience. Their price was competitive and they were very professional and responsive. Nestor was my point of contact. He answered all my questions and did what he said he would whenever he made a commitment. They were also very fair when it came to the minimal wood roof sheathing that needed to be replaced. I had been concerned it was an opportunity for them to increase the cost of the roof but they did NOT do that. They also kept the property clean while working and their workers were diligent and respectful. They also shared progress photos with me along the way which was great.

I would like to give a shout out about these guys. Nestor Hernandez is not only a great guy but his whole crew were topnotch. They were all polite and respectful. They did a great job on a complete re-roof of our home. I highly recommend them to anyone locally. Their price was competitive with the other 3 I received. I called 5 roofers and only 3 gave me an estimate in a timely manner and Nestor was the only one to email it to me within one day, to put in writing all their estimate covered, explained the cost of any extra material that might be needed once they demoed the old roof, included his insurance and licensing information and called me personally to make sure I understood his document. They showed up at 7:00 a.m. each morning and worked until after 5:00 each day. They left my yard and sidewalks cleaner than when they arrived. Just a standup operation from beginning to end.

I used this company to fix termite damage, retile and relay the roof. Evan's bid was very detailed and thorough that I used it to solicit bids from a few other companies. I really appreciated that he took the time to educate me on materials and best practices. I felt that his recommendations were based on how he would want to treat his own roof, and felt other companies were cutting corners to make their bid seem lower. Our real estate agent recommended Hernandez Roofing. I arranged to meet with Evan, the owner of this family business. It was quickly evident that Evan was interested in doing a quality job, as he carefully described the issues he would correct on the 48-year old house that my wife and I just purchased. He walked us through the choices we could make, including energy efficient composition shingles, which we chose. I didn't bother getting any other estimates, as I was 100% satisfied with the estimate that I was given.

The crew removed an old rooftop solar water heater at no cost and reconstructed part of the garage overhang that the previous owner had cut off to make room for an RV. The entire project done in four short days, once work was started. The job site was left clean each day, and all materials removed. While we are too old to ever need another roof, I whole heartedly recommend Hernandez Roofing for your next roof.

We needed to replace our 35 years old concrete tile roof. After multiple quotes from different companies, we decided to hire Hernandez roofing to do a lift and relay job. This is a family operated company. Nestor and his father Angel are really nice people and they are knowledgeable as well. They will try their best to satisfy your needs. The price is also fair given the situation that everything is increasing in price now. They are also organized and efficient workers. The job started right away and was finished in only 4 days. They also gave us the deal of soft washing the entire roof. Now the roof looks very neat and it saves us thousands of dollars without replacing the tiles.

Their quote was very detailed and their price was reasonable for the scope of work. I ended up going with them. They were very responsible, prompt, and professional. We bought our house earlier this year and we knew we needed a new roof. We had 6 roofers come out to give an estimate, 2 never actually sent an estimate, of the remaining Hernandez wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive but in the middle of the pack but they made the best impression.

They showed up on time for the estimate appointment. They weren't pushy and gave a detailed break down of the scope of work. We did know the roof was in rough shape and that there would most likely be unknowns once the old roof came off.

Once we signed them to do the work, they actually asked if they could start a couple days earlier since one of their other jobs had finished quicker. Not going to say no to work starting early.

Every day they sent us update pictures (we weren't moved in yet) and let us know the status of the work.

In the end there was substantial replacement of ply and joists that needed to be done and they took detailed pictures to show us what was needed where.

Now the roof is water tight and looking great.
