Hermes did a great job. They completed the job rapidly. I had a leak from a hail storm and didn't know it until it rained. From the time I contacted Hermes until the time I had a new roof was 1 week. I was impressed with Landon, Peter and their team. The actual installation only took a day and it solved my issue. They also helped me understand the insurance process (I've never had to put in a claim before). They helped me pick the roof color and I think it looks better too.

I also want to point out that I have had some challenges with other contractors in the past so I wanted to go with a company that had a positive track record. One of the reasons I selected Hermes is because they also did a good job on other houses in my neighborhood.

I cannot recommend this company. They were engaged to replace a roof damaged in a hail storm. After Hermes replaced the roof I had the work inspected and a number of significant issues were highlighted. Shingles not cut correctly, exposed nails, roof perimeter (start strip) was not done correctly, several flashing areas had holes or gaps. Where there was wood damage, rather than replace the wood, it was just covered with shingle. Certainly did not live up to their statement of "" get the job right the first time"". Because of the issues, I had the work redone by a different company.

Hermes Renovations did a great job on my roof in Georgetown. The roof looks great and was finished quick. Would definitely recommend.
