In 2010, We had a terrible roofer coat our roof with an inferior material water-based acrylic and also did not cover the entire roof leaving the edges of the roof exposed. As a result, we had a lot of water leaks for 7 years following the roofing job.

In 2017, ""In Comes Heritage Roofing to the Rescue!"" Heritage Roofing installed the best roofing TPO and several coats of quality silicone - perfect job!

Since Heritage Roofing waterproofed and roof coated our residence's roof, we have not had 1 water leak into our 4th year! Thank you Heritage Roofing!

Don't bother calling them for an estimate. They replied with a message that they are completely booked for 2019. Makes you wonder why their website says ""call today for your free estimate.""

Our very ugly leaking metal roof was bad. Our kitchen window box leaked like a waterfall into the house everytime it rained. Several attempts by other roofers tried and failed to fix it. One leak into our guest room made a large ugly hole in our ceiling. When we finally saved enough to replace the roof, we got several estimates. Thomas's was the most transparent and thorough. He was prompt, well mannered and really wanted to please me.

As luck would have it, while the roof was half off, we had a bad rain. It leaked and damaged a new wall. Thomas had his crew not only repair that and paint it for me but repaired the guest room ceiling too while they were at it, just so it would look better inside and out. And outside looks amazing. We went with wood shingles. Love the beachy retro look and the sound of the rain on the wood makes you feel like you only hear the water drops on nature. Nothing like the metal. Worth the extra expense to me.

This house wont need another roof for a long time but if I moved and needed to do it again, I'd call Thomas.

After a roof leak, Thomas patched a broken tile and inspected roof and even attic crawl space for free! Then he was able to get a replacements plus extras of our roof tile rarely found on the island. Replaced the needed tiles and for reasonable price. Also offered to check roof after solar installation. Knowledgable, curteous, and fair, would definitely recommend this company.

I usually don't bother writing reviews but these guys deserve one. I had a small leak in my ceiling. My wife called Heritage and set up an appointment for them to come by the following morning for a quote. They showed up early, one guy went on the roof, the other squeezed himself into the attic. They ended up spending about 1 hour trying to locate the leak. Then they just patched it up for FREE! Showed up early and fixed it for free. Doesn't get any better than that. I will definitely call them next time I need a repair. Thank you!!

Our AOAO hired Heritage to roof our complex in Hawaii Kai, and we could not have been happier with the results. The crew was hardworking and very conscientious, and Thomas Meshaw was responsive to individual owners' requests. Their pricing was very competitive, and the quality of workmanship was excellent. In 2012 in preparation for a solar installation we hired Heritage run by Thomas Meshaw. He came out personally and advised of all options available. Very reasonably priced and was able to come out after ecosolar punched holes in the roof knowing that the roofers were coming. Naturally being mad they did their best to mess up the job that Thomas and crew installed. After trying to get Thomas to try and get ecoslolar to be responsible for the damage (I had video proof) Heritage just went ahead and repaired the damage at no additional costs. If this is still being run by Thomas then you can't go wrong.

He'll help you decide what is best for your budget and is very reasonably priced.
