We had a roof put on by Heritage and they went above and beyond! They did an amazing job and it looks spectacular. Our contact was Trenton and he was awesome!

Initially, they seemed empathetic about the fact that we had -7- different leaks to contend with. I found their receptionist, Sharon, to always be very helpful and considerate - but that is literally the only good thing I can say about this company.

After the initial inspection, performed by a man named Marlon, they never contacted us with their findings. Marlon had stated that he would take his notes to his boss and that they would get in contact with us with recommendations - that we would probably need to install some flashing. Okay, great. After waiting a week, I called the company for an update, but apparently Marlon was out and had never submitted his inspection notes. Three days go by, and I call again. They still cannot schedule anything with me, because apparently Marlon has now lost his phone and they have no way to get in contact with him. A week goes by, and still no one calls me. At this point I would have given up, but this company had been referred to us by our contractor who had previously appointed us with good recommendations. Finally, very frustrated, I call again and Sharon - helpful as always - said that the owner of the company would be in the office in a few hours and that they would be discussing my problem. I sent pictures of the leaks so they could better assess the issue. Long story short, no one called me yet again.

At that point it had been over a month since our initial consultation. Finally, finally we had an appointment for them to come back - this time Marlon would be coming with one of the owners for a second inspection - but they had to reschedule because Marlon didn't show up for work. Nice. They rescheduled on me for the next day, but no one ever showed up. To make matters even worse, when I called to complain that day and the next morning, the owner spoke with me personally and said that Marlon had stated he had done the work and cleaned our gutters. Why would he clean our gutters? We never scheduled that!! Also, the owner was supposed to be with him, so what happened to that?? When I told said owner that no, he had never come, he asked me most rudely ""Well, why would he say that he was at your house if he wasn't?""

Maybe because he's a liar or simply incompetent. I cannot advise you any more clearly to AVOID USING THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. After that rude exchange, the owner mumbled that he'd have to call me back later, but of course he never did. We never heard from them again. I have never had such a terrible experience with a contractor before - so BUYER BEWARE.
