I heard about Heritage roofing solutions from a trusted friend who just had some roof repairs. Johnny was VERY responsive when I contacted him. He really took the time to check my roof and really go into detail of what he saw and provided multiple photos. We are currently dealing with solar and so it's put a hold on getting any work done. But as soon as we have that figured out, I'm sure we will call heritage roofing again.

Developed a roof leak over my bedroom, called Heritage the next morning and was promptly given a return call. Johnny said that they were close by and could come by later in the afternoon to assess my situation. A few hours later, showed up, quickly got on my roof, identified the issues and let me know he'd sent his proposal to me later that evening. I received the quote later that night just as he said and we quickly agreed on terms. He told me that he'd be out the next day (Saturday) between 12 to 12:30 however I was pleasantly surprised to see Johnny and help at around 11am. They got right to it and within an hour were done and cleaned up which was right in time with the next phase of rain on it's way.

Roof leaks in the middle of record rain storms is super stressful but Johnny really came through and took care of me. He was respectful and very communicative throughout the process and I really appreciated that. Thank you Johnny and crew.

I had a roof leak and had a few estimates from 3 different companies. Johnny was prompt with replying to my yelp request. We scheduled an appointment to have the leak assessed. He went on the roof and found the issue and I had additional repairs that needed to be fixed which the other companies did not point out. These other companies used a drone to assess the roof where Johnny went on the roof to look. I also appreciate that he was always on time with his appointments and communicated throughout the entire process. I'm a busy mom and he was able to work around my schedule. Three dormer vents replaced with O'Hagin vents and all roof vents/exhaust sealed (including 2 new vent flashings). Johnny provided a flat rate quote, was available for the repair, and was sufficiently staffed to complete the job within a couple hours. He also recommended routine maintenance to ensure roof longevity. Good communication; straight forward quote/job, no BS.

We originally contacted this company earlier this march when a leak was discovered in one of our upstairs bathrooms, We were not expecting to receive such a genuinely helpful individual such as Johnny who is the owner of the company. He not only was able to do an onsite inspection early morning next day but he was also able to get work started on my roof the following day. He was not only punctual but very courteous and made my wife and I feel at ease. Fast Forward to today when another leak was discovered in our Master Bathroom after the heavy rain we received and Johnny has once again come to our rescue.

Unfortunately for us, the issue ended up being underneath our solar panels due to negligence on the part of the company who installed the panels. Not only did Johnny Not charge us for the onsite inspection but he was very informative and helpful about how we can move forward with getting our roof fixed without voiding our warranty with the solar panel company by providing plenty of photo evidence of the damage.

In this day and age it is hard to find contractors who are punctual, fair priced, honest and genuinely a good person.

If you are having roof troubles or need a brand new roof entirely, I cannot recommend Johnny and Heritage Roofing Solutions more.
