Had my roof done back in May. They did a good job. Christian was good to work with and explained everything and was very respectful. They let me make payments the last couple payments I owed them, helped me out a lot since I had lost my job. The product is good, and they are reasonable for cost. The only thing i keep finding nails all over my yard, but he did come back a couple times. Other than that they were great!

I called the Heritage Construction team for roof repair for my rental property in San Antonio, TX which had suffered a damage due to bad weather. There was water dripping indoors on the rainy days and the tenant had reported it first. The team offered a free roof inspection and suggested a replacement is the best option. They were able to work with the tenant at the property even when I was away. The turnaround time was great, they replaced my roof and it looked brand new. The pricing was reasonable. There were no further leaks on the next rainy days, my tenant was happy and I'm very happy with the team. They did an incredible job. I'll be calling them again for my roofing needs.

First of all they ignore the no solicitor signs. They come several times a week at all hours. Our community Highland Grove in NB has been harassed so much by this fake company that some of us came together and went to cops to complain...that's how bad the harassment has gotten. As you can see by other yelp and google reviews I'm not the only person going through this issue. They are super desperate which is definitely not a good sign. Avoid avoid avoid! I personally know they are a scam because I got a full roof replacement recently and they have been coming weekly to my house to say I have hail damage, which I know it's a lie. First of all they have NOT gotten on my roof to do an inspection so how would he know. Also we have had perfect weather since i replace my roof so I know I don't have any damage. Shady company that I am definitely telling everyone to avoid like the plague. I will never ever do business with them. YOUR SCAM WON'T WORK ON ME OR MY NEIGHBORS. THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN REPORTED TO THE NB POLICE DEPT. STAY AWAY FROM NB.

I had probably 10 sales persons come to my door after the last (minor) hailstorm. When Jeff Harston from Heritage Construction showed up at my door (#10) I relented and let him do a free roof inspection. The roof was original from 2006, so I knew it had to be done. He found and marked every hail strike, called my insurance company and came back to meet with the adjuster. He answered every question (I'm 71, retired widow, but I had worked in the build industry so I knew pretty much what to ask). We agreed on a payment schedule so I could hold back if anything wasn't to my satisfaction. Every part of this job went like clockwork, done and cleaned up in one day. This is a construction/roofing company that I recommend.

Jeff came by did a free roof inspection in San Antonio, TX.  Was here when the claim inspector came to review the roof.  The work was approved and he worked with me through all the details.  Once the work was planned scheduled, his tram came out removed the and replaced the roof within a day.  Awesome work and speedy.  Jeff even came by days later to see if there was anything else and if we were happy with the work.

First, I have a ""no soliciting"" sign on the door and my bell was rung anyway. I spoke to the gentleman through the doorbell and only opened because my neighbor sent him by. After speaking with Erik, he offered to check my roof, since others on the street seemed to be in need of roof repair. I obliged and he discovered damage. Erik was nice, a bit of a fast talker but very professional. His plan was laid out and there were no hidden costs or gimmicks when it was all said and done, other than them not disclosing what the total cost was. I was told that I'd only pay the deductible and I actually paid less than that. After the last check was cut and the workers were finished, there was a lot of trash left in the yard and bushes that I have continued to come across a month later. Then I made the worst discovery.. Trash in my attic and damage to my AC unit. Clear dusty footprints and the unit was separated and had to be repaired. I contacted Erik and he said his guys told him that they never entered the attic, however no other workers have been to my house and I haven't even been in my attic until I went up there last week, roughly 30 days after they finished and that was because the heat hadn't been working on that particular unit. There was no resolution offered.. I don't care how nice the sales reps are, EVERYBODY needs to be professional and that ruined the entire experience!

If I could give no stars I would do it. They need to make sure their solicitors ignore the houses that have no soliciting signs up. Twice now their employees have ignored the THREE DIFFERENT signs and knocked on my door. The guy didn't have his soliciting permit either. Also, when the CEO was contacted, he tried to solicit still! I can't trust a company like that. I work from home for a call center and this is bad for business all around.

Not a pleasant experience in any way. I wouldn't recommend. Promises not kept. Meetings scheduled, on their time recommendation, and no shows. Response time is poor. Had a new roof installed in October. It's February and leaking.
