Based on the reviews I selected Heritage to do work on my house in Odem. I received a bid for work to be done and a start date was selected. I called the week before start date to verify everything was still on schedule and was informed Mr. Billings was now in charge of my project. Mr. Billings and his assistant Joe showed up and informed me my bid was not valid and I would receive a new bid the next day. 8 days later I still have not heard from Mr. Billings. I have since called them several time ,and contacted the Corporate Headquarters and asked for assistance in this matter. I was assured I would be contacted within 24 hours. Its now been 2 days. I wish I had been able to deal with Jason and maybe I would have received professional, prompt, and courteous help. Therefore I can not recommend Heritage Construction to do any work of any kind, no professionalism with this company!

We worked with Jason and the Heritage team to get a new roof on our house after Hurricane Harvey. Jason worked with us while we got all our ducks in a row, and had his team ready to work when we were ready. I left in the morning to the trash trailer pulling up and came home to an almost complete roof at 5:00pm. They finished the last bit of work the next day. The guys were very clean and made sure EVERYTHING was picked up from around our house. We have some additional cosmetic damages to our back patio, and will be using the Heritage Construction group to get that fixed as well when we're ready to tackle that project.

They did a good job on roof. Jason wanted money to pay his guys before completed job. Still had windows to repair, but they left never to be seen again. I recieved a few calls blaming insurance company, but basic line of BS. My bad for paying before job was done. If you use them hold on to your money until satisfied.

I had a phenomenal experience with this roofing company. The company completely lives up to its reputation. Their crew delivered everything that was promised and more. It didn't even occur to me that I needed to protect the floors under our skylights, but before starting work, one of the crew members came in and placed drop cloths everywhere to protect my floors as well as the furniture. Even though we had moved it out of the way, they wanted to be extra careful. Their intricate work could not go unnoticed or with out a review.

They did a great job replacing my roof after hail damage. I'd like to point out Doug Kelley (from the Houston area) for helping me through the whole process. He is very knowledgeable of both the construction and the insurance process. He made sure I was informed and pleased through out the entire process. He worked directly with my insurance to make sure I was treated right. Doug made sure I got the top-of-the-line roof. He was very responsive in regards to communication and frequently called to give me updates. Thanks Doug - Job well done.

I bought a fox home in 2013, 9 months ago and I have not been able to enjoy my house yet because it is falling apart. The a/c was not installed correctly so Bodine - Scott was the contractors and they have came out and just pieced things together. I had to report their license to the TDLR to get it fixed and installed and seal the unit up. The shower wall has moved at least 1/4"" so the grout was cracking and tile has broken. I reported this in Dec. and it got fixed in Feb. 2014. They had to take the siding off of the house and reframe the wall. So more contractors in and out of my house. The shower was pieced back together by putty and grout. I had glass tiles installed but nothing was measured so it is uneven tile job. I have had 3 dishwashers installed and a couple of them fixed to. I have documentation of everything and pictures. So if you want a fixer upper and have to document everything then buy a fox home. Ducts in my attic was condensating so Fox had to replace my insulation in my attic. If you want a headache then buy from fox. Buyer beware
