Recently we noticed random roof tiles strewn about our yard. At first we didn't think much of it, but quickly we realIzed we were having roofing issues. I contacted a few friends and they suggested Heritage Construction, so we gave them a call. Craig Peters, with Heritage, came out the very next day and checked things out. With Craig's help, we had our roof replaced quickly and painlessly! Craig was very prompt and informative when explaining the entire process. I am thankful for Heritage Construction's expert team and Craig's above and beyond customer service.

The guys from this company come to your door and offer to inspect for free and even assure that they will do everything you need and more! I opted for the straight and narrow route. Do the roof work, and also paid for anything additional.
They suck at their work. During the roof work, first they damaged my AC line. Since it was summer, it was easily noticed and they were forced to fix it. What we did not know until the winter is that they had damaged my gas lines too. We were leaking gas in the attic for 4 months without even being aware of this! This after the guy walks the attic after the work was complete and very is very confident in his declaration that everything is perfect.
We turned on the heat in the winter and started smelling gas that was now starting to vent into the house. Plumber inspection revealed leaks from roof work. When we called the company, they basically refused to help in any way, including finding someone qualified to fix this. The excuse was, ""Hey we are not to blame if your house is not up to code"".
Around march, after apparently doing a lot of negotiations with the insurance company who was not willing to pay them what they were asking, they sent me a bill for about 4k. Apparently, this is their final balance after the work was done and what was unpaid over what the insurance paid. Imagine my surprise, when they suddenly changed their mind when they found out the insurance had released more money for recoverable depreciation. Their invoice now somehow adjusted itself to the larger amount, with imaginary items added to the list of work done now, which was not present in their original invoice.
I reported them to the insurance company right away with the invoice amounts that looked odd. I have also reported them to the attorney general of Texas (not sure how much that will help)

Beware: Recently used this company to repair a roof damaged by Hurricane Harvey in Ingleside. Hard to believe a company would take advantage of a hurricane victim during a hard time but this one did. I am no carpenter but I know a bad job when I see one. The fascia and trim work done looks like a 5 year old did the work, which makes me question the shingle work done. Have contacted the original representative (Jason Coil) several times and the company to try and resolve. Was told by both they would make the job right and communicate with me but at the time of this review, nothing. The representative mentioned above, lets his calls roll to voice mail, but his mail is full so you cannot leave a message. Seriously? Very terrible, uncaring customer service. The mistake I made was to make full payment before I had a chance to review the job. We trusted Heritage, which is why I'm writing this review. Don't make the same mistake we did. Also beware of the ""warranty"" and ""up to code"" pitch Heritage makes at the quote stage. So far we have received no documentation to back any of it up. At this point we'll have to spend more money to repair the roof. DO NOT trust this company. Terrible workmanship, worse customer service, lack of documentation and trustworthiness makes HERITAGE one to avoid. Thank you for your time.

I recommend Heritage Construction to anyone who is looking for roof replacement. Jason Ugay was our manager who took us through every step of the project addressing all our concerns / questions. Heritage offered us full upgrades to shingles, vents, boots, caps etc.

It was breeze working with Jason(469-502-2680) and I would choose them again for our future projects

Professionalism is what sets Heritage apart from the rest. While others tried to sell me on quick turn time. Will took the time to explain my project and the process from beginning to end. Communication was kept from beginning to end throughout my project making for comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would definitely use heritage again. Be sure to ask for Will McCann!

I had my roof recently replaced from Heritage Construction Co. in the Dallas area. The work was completed by Cameron and his crew. Cameron has extensive knowledge regarding the roof. He was precise regarding costs, backed up his work fully to the last detail and communicated scheduling very clearly. He tries to explain the technical details as needed. The crew was very focussed when working. I highly recommend the company and consulting with Cameron if you have roofing issues.

BRAD ROCKWELL....with Heritage Construction asked me about my roof and I had already gotten bids from numerous other local companies. Brad knew what he was doing and he definitely gave me a legit bid. Better than an appropriate bid he does not JUST sell the job.....he come back...Get That...he comes back and makes sure that everything that was promised day after day is done according to the agreement. When you work with Heritage Construction you will be treated fair and the work is outstanding. Ask for Brad when you call Heritage for a roof or any construction work. They did my roof, painted my house, repaired some damage NOT insurance covered and did some interior repair. Thank You for such a professional and fair cost for this work. Brad you were AWESOME....they should give you a RAISE!

Doug Kelley and Glenn Paulk made a sales call at my house concerning a roof replacement. I was in the middle of dealing with a prior contractor who had left rotted fence in my driveway for several days and was dealing with other of my construction concerns by being loud, insulting and intimidating. Without the promise of my roof work, Doug got on the phone to deal with the wayward contractor and sent a trailer from a nearby job site to haul the rotten fence from my driveway. Still waiting on estimates before I make the decision to hire this company, but regardless of that outcome, just had to take the time to state how impressed I was that these two gentlemen are of the few who put community and people ahead of sales. Thank you Glenn and Doug for making the day so much better!

Thank you Heritage Construction! We had some venting done on our roof from another roofer, and now it leaks when it rains. We can't get them to fix the problem. Called Heritage, and Chuck came out to assess the situation. He said what we need to have done is an easy fix but doesn't meet their minimum $ amount, so recommended I go back to the original ones who did the work. However, he went up on the roof and took photos so that I could go back and show the original roofer. How nice of him to do this, despite the fact that they wouldn't be doing the work and making any money. But Chuck's motto is, ""Hopefully you'll remember us. We believe in paying it forward."" Which is the reason I'm writing this review.
