I worked with Justin Clakley on my roofing project and it was a smooth process. Justin is so professional and he knows his job very well. A friend of mine recommended Justin to us and I am very well pleased and satisfied with him and his crew for a job well done. My experience with Heritage was strange. The agent assigned to my case was incredibly responsive at first (but wasn't around during the work as promised) and made big promises about rebates. Eventually he became oddly pushy about payment and later increasingly unresponsive until he went MIA.

I had to contact the company because of the loose ends. Nick called me back, informed me that my agent was no longer at the company. Was surprised about the promises made, but importantly: came through and fulfilled everything. This says a lot about the business, they came through in spite of everything. I was unlucky with the person I was assigned to work, the business made good on it. Really great.

A few months back I contracted Heritage to replace my roof which was damaged by a hail storm. Colton was very communicative during the entire process. They went above and beyond when it came to service, going as far as to replace some of my damaged window screens free of charge. The work wasn't completely without mishap however. The crew accidently damaged one of my water spigots on the home exterior, but Heritage paid the plumber to fix the issue without any hassle. The crew was amazingly fast, and had the roof replaced all in a single day. I've had some trouble with customer service recently which is why I'm only reviewing them as 4 stars for now.

I had other roofers come over and inspect my roof and unsuccessdful.Heritage happen to be installing a roof in the neighbor.I left my door open in my car .Kerry came and knocked on my door to tell me my car door was open.We got to talking and he told me he was in the neighborhood doing a roof would i like a free inspection?I was learly never trust door solicators.I found our they were local.Kerry got my roof approved.in no timeless than a week and roof done next 3 days .He was awesome i communicating.the roof was put up in 6 hrs or so,the crew swept up my porch and yard left cleaner!!Definitely recommend !

This company came to my door on Saturday morning, despite the fact that my community is clearly posted ""no soliciting."" They knocked, then pounded on the door. Eventually they left a card. I'm so tired of these roofing companies trying to solicit business. They're so pushy! When I need work done, I ask my neighbors or check yelp. A card in my door is an automatic ""never.""

High quality service. The team suggest a roof repair over installation after a roof inspection. The inspection was offered for free, and they helped me with my claim request with the insurance. Overall really happy and satisfied and I'd recommend Heritage Roofing company to anyone looking to have their roof repaired. I haven't tried a fresh installation but I'm pretty sure I'd go with them again if I had to do that.

I hate to be a downer to the 5 star reviews. Per a signed contract, they were to do my roof and siding where we had extensive hail damage. The main reason for choosing the company was so they could do all the work at one time. In March, due to a scheduling error, my contractor did not get the siding done and said that he would get on it ASAP. It is now June 29th. After contacting him multiple times from March, not him contacting me, he said that he can't find anyone to do the siding for the amount provided. Had he been upfront, I could have talked to my bank about referrals to other companies for the repairs. Since I was spending over $22,000 on a roof; I didn't foresee them leaving me hanging. They did say they would get Hardie siding and take a hit which I was blown away they were willing to fix it but apparently that fell through. They were so nice at first saying they would go above and beyond. He worked extremely hard to get my business but I had my doubts through the whole process and I wish so much I had listened to my gut. They did really good on my roof though to be fair. They also were to paint the siding and build a shelf. The shelf wasn't cut right and left completely with no sealing. See pictures below of the work. He said he was on his way to my house to give me a reimbursement and didn't even have the courage to bring me the check. He left it in my mailbox. He didn't give me an option to pay more for siding, just told me he wasn't doing it and bringing me a check.

Put our new roof on quickly and efficiently after working with our insurance to make sure we got everything to which we were entitled. Very professional. Roofers we're hard working and cleaned up well. Haven't found a single roofing nail after they finished up. Highly recommend.
